It's "mostly false". The initial dispatcher's comments were inaccurate, which happens all the time when events are still unfolding, which is why most people wait for all the facts to be in before jumping to conclusions. Don't blame the dispatcher, blame those who seek to sway opinion through propaganda.

 

I agree with some of what you said. Two were carrying pipes, a number were chased down and detained. Were people waiting on that platform intimidated? Yes. Was anyone struck? Not that I can find as the story totally disappeared from all news sources. The police have given out no information.
The one thing I finger interesting is the total lack of information available. If this was nothing I am surprised there was not multiple releases to that effect. After a couple of recent major stumbles by the Minneapolis PD, they have become very quiet when minorities are involved.

The police reports have been released and give all the details and it's all there other than the names and addresses of those involved which have been redacted
