The obvious stupidity of claiming classified info on a personal server and deleting records under subpoena isn't illegal speaks for itself.

I don't really need to say anything.

    You did it for me.

And the Republican led congress found nothing wrong. They didn’t find she committed perjury nor did they hire their own special prosecutor to file charges with the district federal court. We went though this a hundred times. Now Republican admins on the other hand.......

    Congress doesn't try cases.

Obama and Clinton investigated themselves and found they did nothing wrong. So much surprise.

Bottom line, the act of having classified information on your personal servers is a crime, regardless of it being prosecuted or not.

Deleting documents under subpoena is a crime, regardless of it being prosecuted or not.

Wrong, congress can arrest and indict within the confines of offenses against the congress itself as crimes vs the people.
You obviously didn’t read the posts.
You can be accused if a crime but until adjudged guilty, you did not commit a crime. Courts decide whether the act is criminal or not, not you.
You need to study a little law.

Ah, yes they can. They can impeach and try presidents, justices and appointees. Congress could have impeached and tried Hillary.

If you kill someone and don't get caught or prosecuted, did you commit a crime?

You said they can’t try a case and you’re wrong.
Also, Generally, Congress can appoint a special prosecutor if there is allegations of criminal activity by a government agency or official. Go read up...if you can.

No. If you kill someone you can be charged with a crime and indicted. Due process through the judicial system decides if it was a crime. Read up.
An indictment is a CRIMINAL ACCUSATION. You haven’t committed a crime until you receive due process for the offense.

    It's not a trial, and it's not a case.

    It's a political process.

    Go read.

No, Congress doesn't appoint a special prosecutor either.

Are you going for the record on being wrong?

If you kill someone in the commission of a felony crime, particularly in cases where severe harm can come to another human being, it is the same self defense argument.

What's the difference between beating a kidnapper to death or shooting them?

    None.

You are going for the record.

I'm pretty sure if you kill someone and don't get caught you still committed a crime.

    You do you though.

Go tell that to lawyer and be prepared to be laughed at.
We try people all the time in civil courts when no felony charge but decisions are rendered , they are called cases just like criminal cases. Impeachment trials are trials, the punishments are different but like all civil trials, they are still trials.

Yes, congress CAN appoint a special prosecutor. It was done before.
Congress can also initiate a process through which a special counsel is appointed. To do this, Congress would have to pass a law requesting that a three-judge panel of members of the U.S. Court of Appeals in Washington, D.C. appoint the counsel. The last time this method was used was for the appointment of Kenneth Starr to …

Oh people who are being impeached have lawyers now? Tell me more.

Did the lawyers in the Clinton impeachment cross examine witnesses much?

Oh. Congress would have to pass a law to have an actual judge appoint a special counsel.

Doesn't sound like Congress appointed a special counsel there. Thanks for spelling it out though.

Huh ? Accidents, self defense and war time killings are automatically crimes ? When you don’t believe in dictionaries, it’s easy to be wrong.
You need to reread your post. You aren’t adjudged a criminal until you have due process and neither is officially, the activity a crime. Police can only make a presumption of criminal activity to initiate an arrest.....it’s still not a crime til due process.

Yup. Congress appoints a panel who appoints a judge. You’ve never heard of the transitive Property ? Get a dictionary.

So Congress doesn't decide who the prosecutor is.

    Tell me more.

No I'd love to hear some of the evidence the lawyers at Clinton's impeachment presented.

Who presented accidents, self defense, and war time killings (although this one is possible) as crimes?

    You did.

Then you argued your own creation.

    That's called a strawman.

Having classified information on your unclassified server is a crime, regardless of you being prosecuted for it or not.

Murdering someone is a crime, regardless of you being prosecuted for it or not.

It’s called “suspected murder.”:which initiates an investigation. Murder or other isn’t determined until after due process.
Seriously, how old are you ?

You want to keep saying Hillary committed a crime without due process. The only way you can do it is to play the fool. Who’s actually being readied for the lock up. Oh, the “ lock her up” cheerleaders.

No, murder is determined when they find someone who has been murdered.

The dead body is the murder.

Keep trying, you'll be right eventually.
