I am addressing Trump's absconding with classified documents. (Biden's case and Pence's case differed in several significant respects, and so were handled differently.)

There is no evidence that Biden was involved in the FBI's recovery of classified documents that had been stashed at Mar-a-Lago to return them to the National Archives and Records Administration where the law required that they be securely stored..

No one claiming that the President ordered anyone's panty drawer to be raided has presented any evidence of that ever happening.

 

Biden had to “request” the FBI enter into the NARA involvement… per government and court documents.

 

Not even the most rabid Biden haters have produced credible evidence of such a "request."
