Abortion- "It is her body!" But is it?

I could say, absolutely you are exempted with the topic at hand.

 

Statistics suggest that most women use contraceptives, and more than half seem to regularly use a contraceptive method. It is logical to use contraceptives or birth control to avoid pregnancy because that is less trouble than an abortion or an unplanned birth, but if there is a rule that says we must create every possible person, then we should have unprotected sex at every opportunity.

Who established this rule and what are the details? Are we obligated to stop at 10 children per couple? Are we supposed to abort after 20? Important rules should be written down somewhere.

 

How many times do people have sex for pleasure?
How many times do people have sex for procreation?
I guarantee you, more sex is done for pleasure than procreation. It isn't even close.

 

I could say,
they sat side by side, there's so much joy in making Babies.

 

Why are they exempted?
They are only having sex for pleasure. As is most sex.
You know most young people have sex many times a week. And very very few of them are looking to have a child out of those experiences. You know this, yes?

And what makes you the authority of who is or is not exempted?

You could say that, but making babies is only wanted 0-4 times today. Mostly 2X. In an entire lifetime.

 

By authority of my opinion, whether you like it or not.
So let them enjoy the union and if they are ready enough then they can have a baby.

 

Good. Then no one has a reason to listen to you. Just as no one has to listen to my opinion. So, each can have their own opinion. Whether you like it or not.

YUP, that's exactly how women think about abortion and their freedom to choose it...they don't rely on YOUR opinion as to how their life should be

 

Your opinion is valuable, and you should follow what you believe to be right... but if you want to convince others to follow your rule you should be prepared to support it with reason and evidence. Most people conform to the rule that every person is valuable and should not be killed without good reason, but even many of the people who oppose abortion acknowledge that the unborn body is not a person until the mind is functional.

 

It's not happening in Kansas, I suppose.
An intuitive standard should be there to value life, there own and the baby is of course there own.

 

I guess that's why no total conformity with the issue at hand was reached,
they forgot that they came from the same procedure and they became human passing through the process of birth.

 

It does exist. YOu just refuse to accept it. But it is there nonetheless.

How ridiculous, sex has been for pleasure and for fun since humankind has existed and perhaps you should tell all the people who cannot reproduce or who are to old to reproduce that they can no longer have sex

To me personally very precious, but that is because I am sentient, a fetus is not .. it has no comprehension of what "precious" even is .. as for others, well just like you, my life only has the value another places upon it, and even you adhere to that fact.
