Animal cruelty in the lab 2019.

Heartwrenching, IMHO.

 

Humans are the dominant species and have souls, these other inferior life forms care is under our needs if we feel the need to experiment cruelly on them for our greater good we should do so.

 

Horrible indeed. But what do you propose to use instead? Do we use prisoners, pay poor people?

 

It does not appear the cruelty imparted on the animals in this case is necessary for conducting the research, but I reserve judgement on that until the report comes out or this story develops with further details.

Shutting them down? Oops. I don't know that shutting them down is called for, but they could certainly clean up their act or show why they shouldn't.
