Ann Coulter is a HUGE Trump supporter.

She even wrote a book called "In Trump We Trust".

She campaigned for him, and railed against Hillary.

But now? She has totally lost faith, and says if Trump doesn't turn the ship around soon, she will say "the Trump-haters were right".

    http://theweek.com/speedreads/698965/even-ann-coulter-thinks-trumps-presidency-been-disaster

She said that "everyone who voted for him knew his personality was grotesque," but they'd been banking on Trump to act on the issues — and so far he hasn't. "It's not like I'm out yet, but boy, things don't look good. I've said to other people, 'It's as if we're in Chicago and Trump tells us he's going to get us to L.A. in six days. But for the first three days we are driving towards New York. Yes, it is true he can still turn around and get us to L.A. in three days, but I'm a little nervous.'"

Still, Coulter insisted she has no regrets about supporting Trump, who she described as "our last shot." However, she admitted that if "we just keep going to New York," she'll have to say the "Trump-haters were right." "It's a nightmare. I can't even contemplate that," Coulter said.

The title of your hack link doesn't even agree with the quote you post from it. What a joke. An even funnier joke is that you are 1) giving credence to someone whom you normally never would just because she said -one thing- you agree with, 2) You are helping her marketing plan of trolling LW like you with stuff that gets her clicks and publicity.

Will you folks EVER figure out that the nonleft doesn't give near the same credibility to television personalities, pundits and other "celebrities" that you all do? It's one big reason you lose so much, you confuse entertainment with the real world.

Trump got about the same number of votes as Romney or McCain

but your right, more dems would of got out and voted had republicans of picked a candidate dems thought had a chance of winning

The vote count is mostly irrelevant. Trump flipped PA, MI, and WI, won FL and NC to win the electoral college. That's why he won. I don't think Coulter or any other of the few Trump supporters in the punditry/MSM affected that much, the entertainment part of US politics speaks to the preexisting confirmation bias of their bases. I also don't think any of the other GOP candidates would have pulled the crucial state flips off; they would have instead skipped the brutal rally schedule and lazily poured money into dinosaur TV ads as Clinton did, handing Clinton the election.

Trump saved us from Obama 2.0 (aka Hillary.) He could just sit on his butt for 4 years and we'd still be better off than if we'd elected Obama 2.0 / Hillary. Any campaign promises he's able to fulfill are kind of a bonus. Plus he was able to fill a Supreme Court seat. Sure, I'd like to see better faster progress, and Congress people who understood the value of negotiation, compromise and nonpartisanship, but I'd also love to win the lottery.

I was leaning towards voting third party, but decided to vote for Trump to avoid Hillary. I'm satisfied with my choice.

really really amazing that even obsessive, extremist Trump fans like Coutler are losing faith in this guy.

articles like this give me strength.

articles like this REALLY and TRULY give me hope that Trump will not serve out his first term, let alone two terms.

Just seemed to me like you were bumping it to the top, even though it's a duplicate thread, in order to give the illusion it was more popular than it was, big guy. Pay no attention~

Ann writes an entertaining column. She's steadfastly against the illegal alien invasion for as long as I can remember and that's far from a safe place in punditry.

As far as a click whore ... who isn't? She's just better at it. Maybe you hate success.

In four years I'd figure it 50/50 that Pence gets re-elected.

Really? At this point who knows? All the "wishing" done during the election turned out to be for nothing. Hillary lost.

I am convinced Coulter is really a transexual - a teenage boy undergoing puberty - that's why her (his?) voice squeaks.
She is being ignored, so she has to say something controversial to keep her anorexic face in the news.
Nice of her (him?) to admit being a fool to follow a con-man, a liar.

Your post is nicely written and your message seems rational enough.

But the big problem is that your message assumes trump is rational, which he is not. trump has never in his life been a rational person. He's more like one of those big steel balls in the old pinball machines. Bouncing crazily from one post to another, first here, now there, unpredictable and fast as hell. THAT's donald trump. Imo, he really is nuts.

You don't think he'd be so tainted by his closeness to trump that he'd be overlooked?
