Being a boomer, I agree. Although IMO, the boomer generation is the one that supported civil rights and was the generation that turned away from racism here in the South. Yet some of the racism of my youth is still existent, at least mentally in a few baby boomers. Yet I only personally know one such individual as the majority of the boomers that I know, and I know many are not racists but against racism. And I can only speak from what I personally experience.

 

it is a sad that he would take his own life. He is the 2 star in 3 days to kill himself. Kate Spade did it 3 days ago I don't know why he would want to leave his family.

While I readily agree that looks can be deceiving, for someone who was 61 years old, there isn't anything in his background to indicate depression. That's not to say he wasn't depressed, but that most people by that age have had an incident or report noting it. Most commonly would be an attempted suicide.

He maybe became depressive late. 60 isn't that old, but it's already old, maybe his brain had some dysfunction. Maybe he had an existential crisis who turned into depression.

And there in lies the rub. There isn't any diagnostic that can detect the imbalance. I believe this causation was assessed thru forensic examinations and considerable research. Serotonin inhibitors APPEAR to be efficacious for many, but completely ineffective with a substantial % of those with the disease. (assuming correct diagnosis in the first place).

I can only speak from experience. SSRI's haven't cured me, BUT they have reduced the frequency, length and intensity of my "episodes". Is that a direct result of the drugs or some placebo effect? Beats me, but damn I'm glad to be reasonably fully functional, which has been the result.

REgardless anti depressants are only one vector of attack, it needs to be coupled with therapy and that ol' standby exercise.

Anthony made a courageous statement about the Palestinian people about how they had been robbed of their humanity or something like that, you can look it up. I can respect him for that. Not sure about any supposed anti-white views unless I see anything to the contrary. The video evidence is not entirely convincing.

 

Openly saying he would assassinate the President if he had a chance qualifies as "sick."
