As might be expected Western financing of most current PR projects in Russia uses for engineering new informational resources there, but without active involvement of such famous leaders of local opposition as B. Nemtsov or M. Kasyanov. There seems that the main cause for it is their repeated tries to spend foreign investments rather voluntarily.
Take, for instance, uncovered facts of Nemtsov’s no-purpose waste of money (over $2.5 million!), placed in support of so-called Russian Fund of Social Programs. There is no doubt that US sponsors were going to put the money into forming the new political community of Liberals in Russian segment of Twitter meanwhile Mr. Nemtsov decided to use the greater part of these sums for preparing very expensive, but absolutely ineffective presentations of various local oppositional movements and their leaders!
