If Hawaii confirms it, and the Secretary of State of Arizona says "good enough for me"- 'will the truth' have come out- or will you just claim that the Secretary of State is in on it too?

I think this is all a moot point. Obama isn't winning Arizona no matter what happens and people can still write in his name on their ballots. All this will do is elongate the process for Arizona as people have to check each ballot that has the "other" bubble filled in on the ballot.
