Biden could try, and the remedy would be lawsuits. Not that the Constitution or law matters to Biden, as demonstrated by his race-based COVID relief program that has now been tossed by a third court.

The government cannot urge or "work with" a private company to violate the rights of the people (in this case, free speech) to get around the Constitution. In that case, the company could be considered a "state actor" and be enjoined from continuing the act.

 

Someone could sneeze out their window in the car in front of you and it could come in through your window or through the AC system and kill you instantly. I seen it happen.

 

And MBFC is one of the best at being bs artists and letting their product be used for censorship, content control, and view point discrimination by those who use their services.

I'd be surprised if you even read the OP, this is not a left or right issue. If anything it aligns more with the historical position of the left.
