Nope. You need to look to Communist parties or Iranian theocracy for other examples of political parties where the leadership of the party determines who the people have an opportunity to vote for.

FTR, Im not a fan of the EC, I think it’s outdated and both sides play it. When we’re talking about federal elections, we need to make sure that the less populated states dont get an outsized vote, and then the large ones like California get less representation. I have said that the senate is a joke, and we need to find a better way to proportion the senate. The fact that Wyomings 600K population gets the same number of senate votes as Californias 39 MILLION, is getting to be ridiculous. We’re no longer a real democracy. Thats 65-1 for every voter in Idaho.

 

You joke, but…I just said their best chance is a coalition already built and to say that Hillary has a coalition would be an understatement. She still has that wing of democrats at her side easily from 2016.

The whole participation in this Russia-Ukraine thing is largely because Hillary lost in 2016. It was a catastrophic moment for the Democrats and one they hadn’t recovered from since.

What better revenge then to make things “right” by putting the REAL President in the WH?
