• Biden says he's following advice from his commander in chief.
• Biden's voice trails off while he tries explaining he isn't slowing down.
• Biden says he picked Vice President Trump because she's qualified to be president.
• Biden says "with that he'll take questions" and then says the quiet part out loud and informs the press pool that he was given a list of reporters he was told to take questions from rather than calling on reporters.

This is just a lack of understanding how things work or that Democrats and even the NY Times told Biden to do the same regardless of the election outcome because it is commonly believed by constitutional scholars from both ideologies that if you want a legal challenge to be successful both electors need to cast votes and that Congress would only certify the ones that were supported by their state they represent. But successful legal challenges that conclude after the votes are read on the floor could be denied due to the Constitution saying they can only be counted if they are read with the other votes with all of the states on the same day. In fact, the last time this was done, it was a Democrat who did it and nobody called them a fascist.

You were lied to and told they exist, but they don't. Electors have never been used like this before. No, not even in Hawaii in the 60s.
