You are on narrative 1, it has problems, and more people are on narrative 2.

 

Narrative 1 favors the US, that is, the first world.

It emphasizes the independent nation in the case of Ukraine, but forgets it when we attack Vietnam, Afghanistan, Iraq, Kosovo, Libya (the later two in association with NATO), Somalia, Syria, and so on.

Disarming Ukraine I doubt if that is meaningful because the nuclear weapons wouldn't still work now.

Narrative 1 also ignores all the important stuff.

 

This is like crying wolf here. I have heard this type of argument for GWB, Obama, Trump, and now Biden.

Second, there is no potential nuclear conflict. First, Putin is not that stupid. Yes, he put tactical missiles in Belarus with Russian control. But Russia is losing the conventional war. they have serious, and I do mean, serious, logistical issues from gas to tanks and other armored vehicles, to the fact that Russia is not deploying their latest technology and making the adaptations necessary during war, to the failures of some of their most reliable weapons, and the usual Russian politics of using war to deplete your potential adversaries.

Second, the international community, especially in the EU, Africa, Asia, South American, Central America, and Canada is still very committed to Climate change. However, even within the US, the politics of climate change, as well as international, has always been dubious at best. We do have the Paris Accords, but the international community doesn't make a hissy fit about everything unlike what we see in American politics and media.

Third, WTH are you talking about? The "bio labs" is a conspiracy theory galore. There were labs, but they were not "biolabs" in any degree whatsoever. Russia tried to pin this and even the international community rejected that idea from Putin, along with Putin's "Nazi" argument and so forth. Pretty much Putin invaded Ukraine to punish Ukraine for the 2014 Revolution to throw out the puppet government and get rid of corruption within that administration.
