i have always been a voracious reader, ive studied religion before christianity and learned what was corrupted from the roman empire, it would seem the root of many religions is close to the phrase "as above so below" quantum mechanics seems ti say all is connected as one, it is the internal politics within organized religions that have always turned me away....you have a very simplistic history if you lump southern and northern politicians togetherand do not even add that all civil rights legislation was proposed by democrats, but that has always been the RW M.O. so i just dont bother much when someone repeats RW reactionary incomplete history, sorry

Oh goodie, another post and article complaining about minorities, black people in particular. How fcking original:roll::roll:

Anyway, aside from the fact that this immense waste of an article is overexaggerated to the point where it sounds like it was written by an edgelord teenager who thinks they understand race and politics because they saw "American History X" one time, and also the fact there's an obsession with what black people do or don't do on this forum, it's really humorous that the poster thinks "black grievance politics" is the problem, and not the fact that American politics in general just suck and always have. Or the fact that there's a lot of lowkey and blatant racists out there just saying what they want.

Make sure you tell the OP that since they didn't get the memo.

A lot of people wouldn't have been killed through colonization and a lot of cultures wouldn't have been almost completely wiped off the Earth , that's one thing.

Let me get this straight. Three years ago there was a "plan" to have rioters burning, looting and tearing down statues and other public monuments because of "anarchy" was the plan. Nothing else. No other reasons. All the mass shootings are from "disorganized anarchists who have no self control".
    This is the kicker:
"They have yet to present a coherent package of what their goals are and what there utopia will be" and at the same time "their core belief that revolutionary violence is necessary to achieve their goals".
So they have goals but no plan?
    What nonsense!!

Good point. It isn't "black people". It is a group of people who in many cases are black. It is wrong and racist to lump them with other black people who are not that way.

    Wait.....what?
The left DID support civil rights. Were Kennedy and LBJ the right? If you're saying they needed Republicans, they did, just like all legislation back then. If you're saying that Civil Rights came about BECAUSE of Republicans, that's total nonsense. They had little to no interest in them. Your version isn't flawed, it's fiction.
Today, the right is so screwed up they think actual histoical facts are "revisionism".

    Math is fun!!
The make up of the House for that vote:
    Democrats: 258
    Republican: 176
Both parties southern representatives opposed the bill. The bill changed the political landscape. The South was a longtime stronghold for Democrats but the bill cost Democrats 5 southern states and is why the South is Red today. The Republican candidate for President opposed the bill. Cost him the election.
    The one spreading disinformation.....is you.

Republicans care more about CRT than Democrats. Blacks were and are victims.

What policies did Democrats put in place to keep them unsuccessful and what policy did Republicans put in place to help them.
    Take your time

Yep, that is a major part of your plan. Keep them believing in victimization; keep them down.

I have never heard a coherent description of what you on the far left have as goals. Is Communist China the idea system? Was the old Soviet Union the ideal? The far left loved Cuba in the 1960s. Which country is closer to perfection? Which one do you admire?

As for the plan for the anarchy, there was one. Few people were prosecuted. The Harris campaign bailed them out of jail. Why did it end after the Democrats took control in 2021?

Why is burning, looting and tearing down public monuments acceptable? Can you answer that?

You tell me that I write nonsense. Please explain what you want. I deserve to know because you will impose it on me if you get what you want.

No, "blacks" are not victims. This is racist rhetoric and a broad sweeping statement that needs to end.

That sort of portrayal of black folks feeds into the justification that the extreme left likes to say....." It's your turn now whitey ".

They consider it another form of reparations or should I say retribution?

Some do. But we need to be careful not to push that as a position of all black people.

I would think an argument could be made that it's more so the extremist white liberal than black folks who make that argument.

I am critical of some of the negative behaviors of black people and I often get called a racist for pointing them out but at the same time I also realize that even though the things I'm pointing out might apply to even sometimes a good portion of black folks... It is not something that applies to all of them and at the end of the day everyone should give every Man a chance to be all they can be.

In other words judge them on a Case by case basis just like I would wish to be judged by others.

The OP diatribe says more about the mindset of the poster than about the targeted group.

It is not a mindset with which I am comfortable.

    Regards, stay safe 'n well.

I refer you to the next comment that cited the actual house vote. You might want to do some research before you make ridiculous posts like this in the future.

So, math is fun. And of course you simply forgot to read the proportion of each party that voted yes. Of course, perhaps that's a math function too advanced for you, so perhaps you have an excuse.....
