The original sin that goes with skin tone. No race has a shortage of evil historical figures, but sin becomes intergenerational when past victims had a different skin tone than their aggressors.

So where else does this extend? My wife is Japanese. People from that island did some pretty nasty stuff to China and Korea in the past. Does she inherit those deeds? And what do Chinese people inherit? Their ancestors did bad things to their own people, so was that less evil? Both Native Americans and Africans killed each other before encountering whites. Did similar skin tone on the victims keep those sins from passing down to future generations?

 

No it did not keep those sins passing down, however the extent of the sin can be measured in the universal judgement to be handed down by the most high and the reason white folk can continue to commit these sins is because judgement has not passed down yet.

Well if your views on race come from a religious perspective, nobody can really argue with you. But I can say that if there is a god, he would be justified in judging me by my own actions. That god would not be just if I was judged by a genetic accident that I had no control over.

I'm so glad to find a "Liberal/Progressive" post like this. People are often looking to this group for answers and I constantly have to tell them that these people couldn't possibly care any less for you than they already don't. Our demographic must look out for itself and stop being pawns, experiments, and entertainment pieces for this lot. Kudos to Jonah for helping expose this particular mindset of American politics. Phew, I saved a printed version of this thread and I'm off to sharing it.
