A British tabloid claims that 30% of Democrats wished the assassination attempt on Trump succeeded. https://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-13676429/poll-Democrats-Trump-assassin-kill-target.html
TDS is very real and the media has spread so many lies about him that people have no idea what is real and what is fake. It's the playbook of Communist and fascist ideology which controls the current DNC. It's too far left and radical and so people are getting enraged because they are misled. Media and education play a huge role in this and have been corrupting society for a long time.
I'm sure there is a segment of the population that wouldn't have minded at all if the assassination was successful. I can't stand Trump, but wanting someone to die over something as stupid as politics is just wrong.
They have several numbers they cited. 75% of "progressive democrats" was used. Not sure really what being progressive means, but it certainly doesn't sound good for the country.
If we could move all the Democrats to San Francisco and LA where they could see Democrat policies at work, they might feel a bit less inclined to believe the lying media, maybe they'd notice reality.
Years ago the tabloid The Enquirer was one that entertained those in queue waiting to checkout in groceries and pharmacies with absrurd headlines and articles almost at the level of Mad magazine; in the UK there are over a dozen such tabloids that try to pass as serious journalism…the main stock in trade being gossip of the Royals. All good for pub fodder, but no one takes them all to serious.
The Daily Mail is a joke fascist newspaper. If you trod on it in the street you’d need to get some dog poop to wipe the stain of it off your shoe.
And Clinton supporter. He just fed off the racists that came out from under their rocks when a black skin man became president. 2x. And used that to gather the support of those racists.
So is it just a box you check on a piece of paper or is it a philosophy and a general set of policies that one agrees with? I disagree with Democrats on almost everything but as long as I checked the box on the paper I'm now one of them?
The article says that "Kaufmann carried out his snap poll of a few hundred people five days after the attack" and provides exactly zero detail on how he carried it out. Given that, along with his political bias, the publication he chose to provide (sell?) his results to, I strongly suggest the results are "scary" precisely because that's what the poll was designed to generate. He also uses this as a basis to go on a generalised attack of "the left" (remembering this is a Canadian based in the UK), unironically accusing them of the kind of divisive identity politics and moral absolutism that he himself is engaging in. I've no doubt that plenty of extreme Democrats would wish Trump dead, just as plenty of extreme Republicans would wish the same of Biden and Harris. Anyone focusing on the difference between those two groups rather than the glaring commonalities is just another part of the problem.
I tried to find access to the poll details and couldn't. In my experience, that usually means its junk and they know its junk. I could be wrong, but when I have credible evidence of something, I provide it. Until its provided, the safe bet is that there is deception.
Well, Democrats and probably all of the establishment Republicans keep insisting that Trump is Hitler. Why wouldn't they want Hitler "to die"?
