Bystander says he saw gunman climb onto roof with rifle; police ignored his shouted warnings

A bystander who was far away from the main group says that he saw the gunman climbing onto the roof where he eventually shot at Trump. He says he was pointing at him and yelling to the police but the police ignored him. I find it strange that the secret service hadn't been watching the roof anyway as it was an obvious place for a shot at Trump.

How could the secret service not secure a rooftop such a short distance away from where the president would be speaking?

Are they truly that incompetent or is there some other explanation?

In this case the former. Clearly there was a gunman with a direct line of sight to a former president in an unprotected stationary situation. I think they just got complacent with Trump amongst his adoring supporters.

Like all government agencies under Biden the Secret Service has shifted it's focus from being first rate professionals to DEI hiring.

 

I genuinely hope not(emphasis mine). They had guys on roofs with sniper rifles, so no idea how they missed this nutter lining up pot-shots on an ex-president. Love him or hate him, if he'd actually taken down Trump, the US would be in utter turmoil!

Not a conspiracy but simply incompetance and stupidity.

Take a careful look at the fillm. You can see a rather overwieght female agent who actually ducks exposing trump to possible fire. While the male agents are deliberatly shielding him with their bodies.
She later has a tough time holstering her weapon because off her waistline.

Like I said DEi hires rather than professionalism. The head of the SS herself has STATED she is trying to make more DEI hires.

I really do not get how the police and SS did not respond immediately when this was known

 

this one I agree with you on, I saw his location on a map of the city and this was an obvious danger point, should never of happened

In these videos it's said that the government snipers had the shooter in their gunsights long before he fired. They waited until he fired. Then, they shot the guy.

I'd never seen that footage until the arrival of the internet. Stuff such as this can happen but if the mainstream media don't report it, it's not a big problem for the government. This time so many people have seen this on the internet that the mainstream can't ignore it. It's going to be interesting to see what happens in the next few weeks.

Every event, every day, without fail, we get these clueless "detectives" doing their analyses and putting up their view-capturing videos. Inside job now of course. No incompetence or complacency ever happens with the US government!

 

They are blaming the local LE, but IMO such accusation / blame shifting is only an admission of a royal screw up.

On the video it is assumed they had him in their gun sights, but obviously there is no way of knowing what they had in their sights, if anything. More likely they were just scoping out the surroundings.

Both of your sources are well known fake news / conspiracy web sites.
