    "They" are still counting! :angered:
Control of the House & Senate
    remains undecided.

    The longer they count
    the less trustworthy they are.
    Si?

Thiefs are usually slow and sure when they break into your home also. Being anything else is a sure way of getting caught. :)

they said seed oils were heart healthy, that Animal fat was bad

"As a bonus, Dr Mason lifts the lid on just what exactly makes seed oils so problematic.....and it comes down to much more than oxidation stress. The major issue in fact, is that seed oils contain phytosterols, or fake plant cholesterol, which interferes with the normal essential functions of cholesterol within the body."

it's this fake plant cholesterol that is causing the issues, as well as the oxidation stress of seed oils

eggs were never the issue, cooking your eggs in seed oil was....

yep, HFCS, and sugar or all types is half fructose, and is processed by the liver just like alcohol, thus they had to come up with a new name for fatty liver as people that ate a lot of fructose but did not drink did not like being diagnosed with alcoholic fatty liver disease

when I was little, OJ was served in a tiny cup, now people have huge cups, crazy

Upsizing of all food portions is part of the issue too.
Dinner plates are much larger than they used to be.

agree, and eating high carb diets cuts off the msg to one's brain that they are full

also high insulin blocks the bodies access to fat as it is the fat storage hormone, so when it's high and blood sugar drops, the cells are starving as they can't access the fat
