Can you agree? No government vaccine mandates until pharmaceutical companies become liable

I think what happened was some miners got infected with the virus from exposure to the bats and got really sick. The virus at this point was not transmissible from human to human, you could only get it from bats. The virus was isolated from the bats in the Wuhan laboratory and genetically altered to see if it was possible to infect human to human. The scientists were able to alter the virus to make it transmissible from human to human and somehow this altered version escaped from the lab and this has led to the catastrophe we are now experiencing.

 

That's certainly a possibility and a full and complete investigation is in order. China is obstructing that which illustrates the problem of a "cooperative" effort on these attempts at advances with China, it's only "cooperative" in the sense that they will accept our resources when it benefits them.

 

Do you have any idea what you just proposed? That pharmaceutical companies be held liable.....for something they are forced to do in the first place?

 

~ Do YOU ..? Warp-Speed was not " forced" on the pharmaceutical companies involved - it was a public–private partnership. Pfizer did not even receive government funding - but they did get a contract for distribution. The Defense Production Act was not utilized.

 

In this case, the responsible party of the force becomes the actionable defendant of the tort. Means, if the Federal government forced you to take a vaccine, they are entirely legally liable for their dictate. Meaning, the risk was socialized to the tax payers, not the big pharma folks that paid the politicians off...

 

They should have their tariffs raised 10% per month that they don't come clean and submit to an outside investigation. The number of American deaths from their Covid-19 virus is higher than all of our troops that died in WWII. The American people deserve answers.

 

No government mandates at all, under any circumstances.
