I did no covid tests, no masking, no so called jabs and have been just fine at 84 yrs. My Receipe for Good Strong Health: Vit C, Vit D, Zinc, Quercetin (can't hurt) and my salvation: Grape Seed Extract What you put in your mouth and belly counts a lot.
And what goes into your arm can hurt quite a lot if what goes into your arm is: (1) Experimental (2) Doesn't stop the spread of Covid (3) Permanently alters your immune system.
More importantly how much of it you put in your mouth counts the most. I've been on a weight loss action for several months. I didn't change what I eat only how much of it I eat. I've lost about 70 lbs. During that time I have a cardiologist telling me everything looks just fine even though it has been 12 years since my last bypass surgery. I beat colon cancer last year. Luckily it was only stage 3 so I am completely cured. My kidney function is better. Creatinin levels have improved. Not bad for a 78 year old. There is little doubt in my mind that getting to a normal body weight can fix or at least improve all kinds of things. I think weight management is the key to good health. I recommend it well above grape seed extract.
I can recommend it all, BUT Grape Seed Ex is special and got on it 27 yrs ago as we were told it MAY Prevent cancers...I'm 84 how about that one. No colds, flu or sickness and no so called vaccines..... For 1st grade yep, small pox.
