    Exactly. Kind of stunning how much energy leftists have put in to working around proper Constitutional order.

    The much simpler "Schoolhouse Rock" school of governance would be so much easier. Just properly pass or amend a law.

    But not just environmental issues.
    We elect representatives to serve in state and federal congressional positions and we charge them with the responsibility of taking care of our business. Congress has abdicated much of that responsibility to unelected bureaucrats who do not answer to us, cannot be "unelected", and have their own agenda in many cases.

    Time to get Congress to start doing it's job again, eh?
