This is just another item in a long serious of affronts against white women. Ashli Babbit's killer was not charged with murder. Alec Baldwin killed a white woman and will serve no jail time. And now this. And let's not forget the word "Karen," a word specifically applied to white women. Democrats and the mainstream press (but I repeat myself) are creating a culture of hostility against white women. White women need to start waking up. Fast.

I agree, but you support people--namely, Democrats--who use that word and vociferously defend its use. You agree with a party that synonymizes whiteness with maliciousness.

The word and definition/application was invented in the world of the internet, especially social media when you see videos pop up of people detaining other people for doing simple things, like walking a dog, delivering packages in a FEDEX truck in a FEDEX uniform, and so forth. The amount of stupidity people have shown towards other people can be, mindboggling, to say the least. And that is where the real issue is.

would have to see the timing of all the receipts, did she give up keeping the first bike and take another, then he rented it again, or did she mistake his bike for one she had paid for - only way we could ever know is to see all the receipts

maybe there was a computer glitch and both paid for the bike, in that case they should join together and sue the bike company

per this, she rented the bike in question, then minutes later that bike was redocked and she rented another bike

that said, I have to question why the web page censored the time on the receipt, show us everything - what possible reason is there to censor the time?

and where is the teen's receipt, why are we hearing people have receipts, but not seeing the full receipts?

if we had all three receipts with times, this would be easy to see the truth in this case

That incident should be investigated and recorded in a police record on her, even though no punishment should probably be taken.
In case she tries something like that again, the past record of her doing this will be recorded.

She did seem to be behaving kind of manipulatively in that video, even if the other man was the one in the wrong.

I still don't think there's enough evidence to "prove" for certain which one of them was the bad person in the wrong.

good thing people don't accept guilt based on being the same race.

odd you agree with the white supremacists.

They've been posted on the internet. It's how I was able to post a minute by minute breakdown of the transaction history. You just have to search for it.

if it was her bike, I give her a pass, she was pregnant, being surrounded by boys trying to take her bike, those kinda situations are scary

You seriously can't find them with their names, incident information, and the timestamps I've provided? They've both presented their receipts. This isn't that complicated.

    Here are the facts:

The young man has the lowest-tier subscription service, which allows him to use a bike for up to 45 minutes before he gets charged. He rented the e-bike for just over 45 minutes before he docked it. He then stood by it, waiting for his timer to run out so he could rent it again. In the meantime, a woman who was six months pregnant got off work and rented the same e-bike he was standing next to. He wouldn't let her have it, and they argued over it. The bike was then forcibly re-docked about a minute later, and the young man rented it again. His friend gave the pregnant lady his e-bike, and they parted ways.

Here's where the subjective information comes in... the young man was standing next to the e-bike, and he claims the woman asked if she could rent it, and he told her no. She scanned it anyway and attempted to ride off on it. So he grabbed the bike and hassled her. His perspective is that he was standing next to it, and even though it was available for rent, he didn't want her to rent it so he forcibly prevented her from doing so. He wanted to sit near it and wait for when he could rent it again for free. The 45-minute limit was imposed intentionally to allow bikes to go back into circulation. But, this young man wanted to circumvent his 45-minute limit by claiming the bike for longer periods even though it was not under his account and available for others to rent. The end.
