    Of course its opinion. Its the opinion of a prosecutor that Biden isn't fit to be prosecuted because of his failing memory. IE not competent to stand trial.

    However, that is not even true. In his synopsis for not charging Biden with anything, he made no reference to competency to stand a trial.
    Also, Joe Biden has not been indicted for anything.
    You are putting the cart before the horse.

    Can people on the right even get stuff in the right order these days, or is it all just a cult?

    That was not his justification. His justification was that there was not enough evidence to indict. It is clearly in the report. Any person who can read can read it.

    Its one of them. Its literally listed among the reasons they declined to prosecute.

    This is just another example of how in your face the DOJ is... they play judge and jury... bet the founding fathers never seen that one coming

    District Attorneys decide who to charge... not Hur, Comey, or Mueller. Just like Hur writes a report to Garland.... it is Garland job and duty to abide by the oath he took to uphold the law and read the report to determine if laws where broken and should be prosecuted, not Hur... Garland has oversight of Hur, even as a special counsel...

    Investigator Comey... no reasonable prosecutor would bring such a case...

    Mueller said he had not exonerated Mr Trump of obstruction of justice...
