LOL, unless you were literally in the courtroom at that trial day in and day out, all of us relied on the moment by moment updates of that trial. And more than one media outlet did this. Fox did this, MSNBC did this, CNN did this, Law and Crime did this, etc. But at the end of the trial, it is all up to the jury and the jury has spoken, didn't they?

 

The NY appellate courts are NOT going to overturn this conviction, and there is no federal question involved with this trial. The only outside chance for Trump is those jury instructions, and that is a big if.

 

That is not the definition of fair and impartial. It is not a question of whether one knows the defedant, and none of the jurors know the guy personally. You had two attorneys, most if not all well educated persons in their field, and so forth. That jury questionaire made sure that no juror was there to get their 15 seconds of fame afterwards or try to thwart the duty of what being a juror is. That is why the jury selection process was quick because the judge dismissed more than 50% of the first round of jurors fairly quickly. In other words, no bias towards the defendant, and NY has specific statutes, as well as a few Supreme Court cases of what exactly that means. It met the burden.

 

Yes the appellate court will see through the political involvement of the Biden WH … a honest thorough DOJ would have been all over this uncovering the communications between the prosecutors and the WH collusion….

 

The New York Appellate Courts will not. they rejected Trump's appeal on the gag order and will reject these appeals as well. It is his right to appeal his conviction once sentencing is pronounced on July 11th, but the state appellate courts will not. Federal courts will do the same because there is no federal question involved.

 

Even if there WAS communication between the "prosecutors and the WH", SO WHAT?

You did not hear the testimony, you did not see the evidence.
12 people unanimously found him guilty on 34 counts...and somehow the media is to blame?

Which is more likely? That the 12 people who sat in the courtroom every day, listening to all the testimony, reviewing all the evidence reached a unanimous decision fairly?

OR

The ONE guy who got all HIS information from media sources and sound bites was swayed BY THE MEDIA and came to the wrong conclusion on the question of guilty or not guilty?
