Out of curiosity, has anyone anywhere ever heard Harris speak in legalese, talk about constitutional points of view, or anything that would remotely qualify her to be on the Supreme Court?

I don't see that happening. No one on the Left wants to live through that embarrassing confirmation hearing...lol.

Not only that, Commiemalla was part of the palace coup. There's no way Biden would reward her with a seat on the Supreme Court.

im not trying to be an ******* here, but we’re 46 months into his presidency and you still think he’s making the decisions, how?

the man was given permission to run in 2020, and he had the permission taken away this year. He was told who to pick for VP and Supreme Court. He’s told who he can talk to in the press. He’s told when he can make public appearances.

    use your head son.

Well, the Republicans would jam up any scotus nomination until Trump is in office.

    There's precedent, isn't there?

Don't be silly, she's the wrong shade of brown. Biden already nominated a black woman. If he nominated another black woman to replace a Latinx woman, there would be riots outside the White House.

That, and she isn't intelligent enough. Sotomayor is a mental lightweight on the court, but she's not so far down to be at Kamala's level. She would definitely make following the Supreme Court more interesting though, considering her reputation of not being able to maintain staff due to her emotional instability and ineptitude.

Man this same woman just ran as the primary candidate for PRESIDENT without any of those qualifications what makes you think any of that matters lol?

If the Democrats actually did this in the next couple months and put her on the Court it's not like it would matter. All she would do is vote the same way the other liberal Justices did. They're all basically just interchangeable at this point.

Her intelligence, eloquence and verbal acuity qualify her, hands down. One of the most miraculous people to walk the earth.

That would be like replacing cow pies with chicken poop.

Why would she want the job before she has had a chance to write her memoir that will pre-sale 15M copies that nobody will ever actually read?

    Regardless, it ain't happening...
    Harris is too old...
    1) Soto isn't going anywhere...
    2) But, had she resigned last year, Biden should've nominated someone in their 40's who made RBG look like Clarence Thomas...

According to a prior Democrat journalist and still an excellent journalist, the Democrats are essentially the new Nazi Party.Authortarian and fascist in nature. The further left they move the more their real colrs and stripes are exposed. They hate the country and will do anything to wrestle control away from voters and The American people. This is one such move.

Sonia Sotomayor will do what's best for her, period. If she did step down and Biden nominated Kamala or some other flaming liberal, the republicans would embarrass that person in a hearing and then "Bork" them. Just ask Merrick Garland and Judge Robert Bork.
