To add to this.....in the film I saw, there was a black man fighting to restrain the arms and legs of this flailing drug crazed "victim". Wasn't this aiding and abetting the crime that Penny has been accused of? Haven't heard a word on this. Perhaps if this man had stood aside, there would have been a chance for the "victim" to escape. At the very least, motivation of race can hardly be a factor here.

Well I will note I am basing that on the Special forces unarmed combat instructor I used to train with and my nephew who is getting ready to go into civilian employment after 20 years in the rangers and the SF, he will retire as a LtC. He also was big into unarmed combative skills

 

If Marines are not trained to kill in a variety of ways including in very close personal contact, what good are they?
