I think the problem will be showing / go after the person who leaked it. Once it was leaked and then shared, I don't think she could do anything about it. Afterall, she did broadcast it to the internet all on her own, so I'm not sure how reasonable the privacy thing will be. She better off doing a copyright violation if that is the case.

 

I agree that once it is in the public square it's difficult to get recourse. The best way to not have a sex tape on the Internet when you intend to be a public official is to not perform sex acts over the internet. But, not everyone is intelligent. If I were to ever be a porn "model" I would expect screenshots and video grabs or my activity to end up on the Internet somewhere.
