    As a side comment, I watched about an hour of the committee hearings yesterday, and it is clear they are not really investigating anything and are not really interested in either side's story. They have their own preconceived notions and ideological agenda and all they desire to do is sell them to the public. If a witness corroborates their assertions, they'll gladly listen, but that is just icing on the cake..

    They have tried to interview everyone around Trump and their stories are consistent. Who did they leave out and why are they not running to Fox to tell the other side. Instead they are taking the 5th or refusing to testify, not trying to clear the record. There are no attempts to tell the "other side" by anyone, maybe that means there is no other side. Those that did testify have not said I've been duped, my testimony has been changed or taken out of context. You are deceiving yourself.

    It's possible I pigeon-holed too much. I don't know how the committee conducts itself in regular committee meetings. I was commenting only on the prime time show off hearings, and maybe that is not representative.

    No respectable astute person plays the game or responds with any seriousness to a soviet style kangaroo show trial.

    Just stop, everybody knows who to blame and everyone know Nancy wants the most dramatic political result possible. One day the House will learn the people of this country are seeing through the politics, it's one of the reasons Trump got elected. Sure most ended up hating his antics but they also hate the lefts attacks. This country is sick of being told to pick a damn side and hate any other thought. Republicans learned it in 2020 and Dems will learn it in November.

    The Republicans had more than ample opportunity to seat more people on Committee. There is no such thing as "due process" in an investigation. An investigation finds facts; what happened at the Capitol on January 6th, who was responsible, for the violence, the insurrectionists being there, for trying to subvert and election; what was the ultimate goal. Then the Committee presents it's findings, as it IS doing.
