It doesn't matter if a society is monocultural or multicultural, it is the politics that is used to organize the population, and by that organisation another dictator can rise (from a Hitler to a Stalin) Example: Zimbabwe is monocultural, but the people are going to vote in large numbers, a 'new' leader is on the rise (will have more people on his side than Mugabe ever had. Because of years of Mugabe's hard line and the starvation of the Zimbabwan people, their organisation is on the way (and they can't see it) That is about the same process as you see happening in Egypt since Mubarak stepped down. This is how rulers are able to create another dictator without that people notice. This clips shows that this can happen to any nation. (they took Israel as an example, created by right wing, that (left vs right) is btw also a way of organising people, cause a fight between left and right by using provocation or some ridiculous example)

But every American and Brit should be thankful that there was a Stalin that was willing to give his Red Army the ultimatum of either standing firm against the Nazi advance or being shot (and hundreds of thousands were). This resulted in the Nazis being prevented from taking Stalingrad which likewise doomed their ultimate objective, the taking of the Caucasus oil fields which would've spelled doom for the Soviets and HUGE future difficulties and casualties for the Americans and Brits. For every Nazi that the combined Allies killed in the west, Stalin's people killed at least six. I guess sometimes a super dirtbag is just what the doctor ordered.
Yes, but what if this "New Leader" of Zimbabwe told Zimbabwean people that they were "racist" for being mono cultural, for wanting to preserve their heritage and ancestry? What if he said they had to allow swarms of non-Zimbabwean immigrants in and any opposition to this immigration was "racist"? What if the New Leader established a government who kept this going for several generations until the Zimbabwean people were a minority in their own country? What if the New Leader took over the media and convinced the Zimbabwean majority that "Diversity is good" and that opposition to becoming a minority in your own land is "racist"? What if this resulted in the destruction of Zimbabwean culture and the disappearance of the unique Zimbabwean people into a sea of "Multicultural brown"? Would you see that the Diversity crowd were really bringing genocide upon the Zimbabwean people? Would you understand that Anti-Racist would be a code word for Anti-Zimbabwean
