Here is the wonderful thing about debating Trump supporters.

    I don't have to.

You people NEVER back up any claim you make (mostly because you can't since they aren't true).

It's on the internet, look it up yourself.

Because, what Youngkin has done (and I live in Virginia) is removed voters SUSPECTED of being non citizens. They have not "self identified", they were sent notifications to prove citizenship and then removed for not replying.

It's a case of "presumed guilty" before being declared "not guilty"

If, it turns out, that some of the so called "non citizens" IS a citizen then they have been removed from the voter roles in the 90 day window before an election. A window too narrow to get back on the roles before the election.

If it takes 90 days to know then why are we certifying the election in under 90 days?

What does that have to do with them purging voters on the 11th hour before elections?

if takes people longer to reregister, if they even can if accidentally removed

both sides check that all votes are valid, that is how we caught the voters voting for Trump using dead people to vote

    Dirtbag Merrick takes the L

BREAKING: Supreme Court Allows Virginia To Remove Noncitizens From Voter Rolls.

DOJ trying to rig another election for Dems.

Dirtbag Merrick Garland tried to force VA to keep 1,600 individuals who “self-identified” as noncitizens on the voter roll.

'Justices Sonia Sotomayor, Ketanji Brown Jackson and Elena Kagan would not have granted Virginia’s request, according to the order.'

Every citizen who is removed and doesn't have time to get the notification and make an appeal is a citizen whom has had his vote taken away by the government.

14 days is not enough time to do that. That is why the old law that they are trying to replace gave 30 days.

Fake News. These folks have declared themselves to be non-citizens. If they are wrong, or have become citizens, then they can caste a provisional ballot.

Your claim their right to vote has been taken away is fake news. Do you ever check anything before post?

Yes I do. If there is one person wrongfully removed 14 days before an election it makes it much harder to get to vote. Does it make sense to you that suddenly 1600 voters would declare themselves to be non citizens two weeks before an election?

You made the false claim that their vote had been taken from them. It has not. They can caste a provisional vote. If they are a legal citizen, they have nothing to worry about. If they are an illegal, and they vote, they have committed a felony and will be caught.

Dirtbag Merrick Garland gets shut down.

'the Supreme Court has effectively reversed two lower federal court rulings that sought to prevent the Commonwealth of Virginia from removing approximately 1,600 self-described aliens from the voter rolls.'

Dirtbag Merrick wanted them to stay on the voter rolls and two courts went along with that.

The illegal voters were being removed from the rolls 'pursuant to a state law signed by one of his Democratic predecessors (now-senator Tim Kaine) and previously enforced by his other Democratic predecessors.'

'Virginia's program was not systematic because aliens were removed on a case-by-case basis, and this was done based on representations they’d individually made to state agencies. Moreover, aliens are not voters as that term should be understood in federal law — which makes it a crime for aliens (a) to represent themselves as American citizens for the purpose of registering to vote in a federal election, and (b) to vote in such an election.'

'Hence, the state’s program is not systematic, promotes election integrity in the Commonwealth, and reinforces — rather than violates — federal law. In addition, the claim that American citizens could be dropped from the rolls and prevented from voting due to bureaucratic error is belied by Virginia law, which permits voters to register on Election Day and cast to provisional ballots as long as they attest that they are American citizens.'
