    But the Manhattan DA is a state charge? Any federal charge will end up being a full pardon upon next R admin.

    Biden can’t lock anyone up. if accused trump will face a jury of his peers, unless he chooses to plead guilty.
    I’m confused, did ABC make this up or was it an illegal leak?

    Granted, Trump has made some poor choices but when you prosecute the political opposition for the purpose of eliminating them, you set a VERY dangerous precedent. This thing was investigated years ago and he could have been charged then....but there was nothing there. This prosecutor has a stated vendetta.
    On the other hand, we have a sitting president that has committed much more. Evidence was quashed by the media and Congress whereas in Trumps case, both have gone at him full bore for 5 years.

    We know that with the dual systems of justice in this country between what happens to democrats and what happens to Republicans we don’t expect much from any investigation against Biden.

    Anything out of Georgia will be state as well.

    My 2nd Yup is reason #4,763 why we need to prevent any "next R admin"...... pardons of unrepentent criminals..

    When you turn a blind eye to lawless behavior simply because you like his politics, you open the door to many atrocities - that's also a danger
    that we have a long history of seeing ... and it's always bad. This investigation was stalled because Trump was in the White House - not because there
    was nothing there.

    This is all of Trump's actions coming home to roost. If he were loyal to his wife, he wouldn't have banged Stormy Daniels. And if he didn't bang her, he wouldn't have had to pay her out of pocket.(Interestingly, if he didn't engage in the whole scheme with Cohen, this would be simple prostitution. Which I for one think should be legalized. Sex between consenting adults is sex, whether you pay for it or whether they just love each other lol.)

    The moral of the story is don't cheat, don't lie and don't commit fraud.

    if he knows it was leaked, then it must be true - otherwise nothing to leak

    if someone just made it up, that is not a leak

    so why does Trump think this was a leak?
