I see state infringements getting overturned. I don't see NFA 1934 getting overturned.

It doesn't matter what I want.

    Nor what I want.
That's why this issue of gun grabbing is kinda silly. It's never going to happen in the next 50 or 100 yrs. after that, I doubt either one of us will care.
It's political BS, for the most part.

we should take a poll as to which one of us actually states his position without evasive nonsense. everyone knows where I stand on this issue. Do you think you can say the same thing?

    Go for it.
Your stand on the issue, as I've said over and over, is you're for infringements. And I've said so. Most everyone is for infringements of some sort.
It's a line in the sand.

Clarify, you put cars, trucks and fertilizer in arms category?

You want to ban most guns. I have stated as follows
    1) federal gun control-other than perhaps tariffs on imports and rules on federal facilities-is unconstitutional
    2) state laws that prevent the harmful use of firearms or activities likely to cause harm (such as prisoners being armed) are fine
    3) restrictions on where one can discharge a firearm are not infringements
    4) severe penalties for using firearms to harm innocents are fine
    5) laws that prevent lawful adults from keeping, bearing owning or using firearms are
    generally unconstitutional
6)any firearm that a civilian governmental entity is issued for use in a civilian environment is prima facie proper for other civilians to be able to readily acquire and own

You never post the truth. I don't adhere to your fake projections.
Stay on topic and don't always make stuff up.
Until you stop making untruths, there's no reason to have a discussion that has meaning.

OK lets ferret out what you mean when you want infringements on (every) firearm since all can be used for mass murder. A single shot rifle can be easily used for mass murder if you are shooting at people from a distance. a 22 revolver can be used for mass murder easily. So tell us what you mean by that

Well, that's why it's subjective. A knife is a mass murder weapon according to you.
A single shot .22 cal is a mass murder weapon according to you.

Clarify, what is a mass murder weapon to you. A knife? Fork?
Your posts are nothing but jokes.

to me it seems like it means you could set up your own militia, bulletproof vests, guns, explosives and the works

now if a Muslim or Christian group did that, and it went south, I think some would refer of this militia as training camps.... but I think that was the idea originally

define easily. a single shot rifle used by someone in say a hotel room overlooking a large gathering could easily be used to kill several people in a short period of time. Many 22 revolvers are 10 shots. A whack job invading a primary school could easily kill as many people as Lanza did in Sandy Hook. Same with a double barrel skeet gun

For those who have trouble getting their head around it, this pommy bird understands it and explains the US second amendment very well.
