FBI challenges accuracy of GOP’s surveillance memo

What was Trump's predicate crime and where was any crime committed by Russia? Placing ads on facebook is not a crime. Making false statements in public is not a crime. What crime was committed and be specific.

 

Mueller is investigating whether any crimes have been committed. I'll wait and see what comes out of his investigation. That is the whole point.

You investigate when you have evidence of a crime. Can the police start an investigation of you just to see if you have ever committed a crime? Can they subpoena your records just to see if you committed a crime with not underlying predicate crime that they know of? The whole point of the Constitution and your legal protections is they have to have reasonable suspicion and probable cause.

What was it? The difference between you and me is I believe in the Constitution.

How about the next Democrat President elect we just start an FBI investigation into them and their staff and their family just to see if any of them ever committed a crime? Why not Schumer and Pelosi, why don't we investigate them to see if they ever committed any crimes or colluded with a foreign government?
