That is a lie, Biden isn't even running his own Administration right now. The Democrats are literally a fascist enterprise with Biden serving as a puppet.

Dictatorship is exactly what the Democarts crave more than anything.

@JCS - You literally just make up lies and run with it then accuse the GOP of wanting to Authortarian. Which is pretty hypocrytical because you are doing exactly what the Democrats are doing and have done for the last 4 years: Make up lies and run with it, accusing others of exactly what they are.

If you think that's illegal, just wait until Trump is in office (if he makes it there). You can forget about all your so-called 'constitutional' & 'civil rights'.

Except none of it is propaganda because none of it can be refuted - unlike Elon's Trump-propaganda platform, X.

I agree- but if the situation is to be cleaned up, some changes have to be made. The civil servants position is tightly protected by pollicies that have become legal regulations, and they do have unions constantly pushing for less control, more privilege. It will be tough to clean up without a congress ready to face the job- and congress itself is equally unwilling to clean it's own house. The overall job is a monster.

I trust Elon Musk to clean it up and clean it out. He will get together with a team, a talented team a nd they will find a way around it all. One theory being floated is to actually dissolve the departments (or reduce head count) and pay the employees for the next 2-3 years, full pay/benefits and allow them time to get new jobs or learn new skills in the private sector. I fins this to be a win-win overall. You can weed out riff raff and increase productivity across the board.

If given time and given resources and a free hand, people like Musk will turn sewer water into wine. Same for builders like Trump.

    Yep.

The civil service issue started with court cases that effectively said government employees have a vested "right" to their job, that employment at will didn't apply to public funded jobs.

It will be like reversing roe V wade.
    Gotta start somewhere though.
A balanced budget would be a great start.

It's just what I've maintained for years now. Democrats always accuse others of their own behavior. Democrats seem to be willing to do just about everything to cling to the power they are about to give up.

Musk is without a doubt, a visionary and a person of incredible talents at making the impossible happen. He is a naturalized citizen, born in South Africa, had a Canadian mother and obtained Canadian citizenship through that, came to US for further education and became a citizen by the proper legal process. That means he can't be president, but can serve in other offices. I would hope that Trump somehow brings the capacity of Musk's skills to bear in the challenge of cleaning up government. No doubt Musk knows how to do this, but the circumstances of entrenched policies, conditions that exist by precedent rather than rules, will make reform a formidable task. Importantly, any effort at full reform will meet with a great deal of "righteous" resistance. It's like the NIMBY thing; people in these agencies may agree the situation needs reform, but don't want it to affect them. Just like people vote to tax someone else, but not them.

In business and industry, the boss makes the calls. In government, every call by the administration is subject to what the Congress does, and Congress- is as much in the swamp as the agencies it controls. They too, would resist any kind of reform to restore order, honor and functionality to the institution- they too are equally controlled by embedded precedents that allow them to keep their jobs without performing their jobs and serving the people. If true reform is to happen, accountabilty must be put in place. Accountabilty- to the people, the Oath of Office, and the Constitution of the United States.

I've been part of a group working for years to find a politically acceptable way to make this happen. When we figured out how it could be done with zero partisan impact and without changing the rules, we put together a non-profit corporation (The Honorable Congress Project) to promote the idea, which consisted of a small bill that would do one thing- create a citizens panel to oversee Congress in respect to only two existing rules they are already sworn to uphold. Last summer, we sent personal, professional letters to every member of Congress, 535 of them, We asked for their support; as a bill can only be introduced to Congress by a member of Congress.

As of today- NOT ONE HAS RESPONDED. Not even a letter of acknowledgement, not a phone call or an email. Nobody dared touch the idea that Congress should be held accountable to anyone but themselves.

This is the kind of resistance Trump and Musk (if involved) will face. All of Congress suffers from the infighting and adversarial mentality; all of them would benefit from following the rules- which are actually law as set forth by the Constitution and pledged by the Oath of Office. But not one dared even acknowledge it.

One of our group who formed this plan was professor emeritus of Political Science. He told us the only way to push a reform even this simple was a "super majority", which means public support so broad that opposition would be political suicide. He doubted this was possible to achieve, because people have become so divided. He pointed out the old phrase- "United we Stand, Divided we Fall"- and how hard our politicians work to keep us divided, so we can't reform them. This is the situation, and as of today- they are still succeeding.

Absolutely, their policies are those of dependency and overloards.. The have exposed their true self by condoning the scam perpetrated by their politicians installing a man that was never fit to be Obamas VP let alone President.. They, DNC, went all in by installing kumalla and masquerading her around as President and they accepted that gleefully..

That's not the American way, the DNC is not the American model, and real/traditional Americans have spoken ;)

Trump could get the ball rolling by telling Congress to give him a balanced budget bill by, say, April 15. Trump would need to guarantee that he'd veto any budget that isn't balanced, and to hold Congress in session until they get the job done or override his veto.

This is a win/win for Trump. If Congress bucks him, he can make the case that Congress isn't doing it's job and is spending our future on their pork. He'd be able to hold up the leaders who push debt spending and ask how it is that politicians like this can so easily spend so exorbitantly when it isn't even their money to spend??

And of course Musk could step in and tear whatever debt spending bill Congress came up with to point out the fraud and waste.

Why, even Pelosi would be running for cover.

If he doesn't put a stop to the illegal spying on Americans by the FBI, and the Election Fixing by the FBI, shame on Trump; What the hell else would have to experience to get the flipping message that the FBI is a rogue agency in rebellion against the American People?

Health-wise: Trump's old & mentally declining into psychosis & dementia. And physically he doesn't look well. He may make it to the swearing in, but I don't see him lasting much longer after that - let alone finishing his term.

Politically: If foul play by Trump, Musk, et al. is uncovered in the election, then Trump may not make it to the swearing in, or it's postponed.

We'll see if any of these scenarios plays out.

My guess is, the left won't even scheme any investigations until midterms when they can at least hope to take back a house, maybe both? (Oh, dare they even whisper such a thing?)

Meanwhile if trump can get his poop tightly grouped and start accomplishing things, and if the economy goes hot, he'll finish out his second term and ride into the history books.

And with any luck Vance will earn his participation medals and take us another 8 years into prosperity and a shining example for the world to follow.

We had one Trump supporter show up with a gun and a nail gun (to try to break the bullet proof glass). He died in a standoff with police when his murder attempt failed. There was another caught before his attempt. And this isn't even counting the guy who was plotting to kill border patrol agents. Trump supporting terrorists are a dime a dozen at this point.

    Dear President Elect Trump,

When you are done purging the FBI, please consider me as the new lead agent for the PRD (Panty Raid Division).
I also am pretty tough and can hold my own against a 90 year old female pro-lifers engaging int he EVIL act of prayer in front of abortion clinics.
Please don't ignore 2 of Joe Biden's BIGGEST security directives. I would like to do my part.
