Hmm... I guess when this case gets thrown out like all the others, Apuzzo won't be here to ignore it. Bummer.

Its absolutely not easy to make something stick to the sitting US president, as it should be. Yet, the Shyster-in-Chief is undoubtedly a fraud - its plainly obvious to all, who took time to examine all the available information, and do not have a personal agenda to keep Obama where he is now. As to when the proverbial sh*t gonna hit the fan, who knows - maybe before elections, maybe after. But make no mistake, it will.

That's what my gut is telling me, and its been known to be correct in the past :nana:

LOL... At least you admit that this is based on your "gut" and not evidence.

Just a simple question, for people like you, who keep saying this "will" be found out someday... When will you admit you were wrong?

2012? 2016? 2020? When Obama's library is built? When he retires to Hawaii to live out his golden years? When he dies?

When... exactly... will you stop saying that Obama's downfall over this issue is "just around the corner?"

An update on this "case", if anyone cares:

The SSA filed a Motion for summary judgment, which will of course be granted.

Orly filed a Memorandum in Opposition to that Motion. Her Memorandum contains whole SSN's of various people. This is a violation of federal law and the practice rules of the court.

So, naturally, the SSA filed a Motion to Strike her Memorandum. In it, they quite loudly note that this is in fact the third time, in this case alone, the idiot has violated this basic rule of federal practice.

On 7/21, the court granted SSA's Motion to Strike. Orly has 14 days to redact and refile her Memorandum, or else the court will rule on the SSA's motion, without her response.

P.S. Orly filed a "Motion to Compel" with regard to these subpoenas. Hopelessly premature, yes, but there's a bigger problem - it, too, contains unredacted SSN's, in violation of the law.

I sent an email to the DOJ attorney handling the case and gave him a heads up. Let's see if he moves to strike that motion as well, or if they just ignore it (as they'll probably have summary judgment and the case will be over before the motion to compel even becomes ripe)...

I never miss an opportunity to point out to birthers what a completely dead issue this is to anyone who matters, soooo....

The lead attorney handling this oh-so-important case for the DOJ? He must be an awesome trial practitioner... Obama's right hand man... Someone important enough to know what's at stake in defending this huge super secret conspiracy...

... Or, he could be a fresh-faced kid, barely a year out of law school, with almost no trial experience at all, working his first case alone.

Which is what he is. The DOJ's "lead attorney." LOL

Birthers. Like fish in a barrel.

Kind of makes you wonder what the obots are going to do when the real birth certificate (issued in 1961) is unveiled in October 2012?

You think that's going to happen? I like taking people's money. Name your bet and I'll bet on it.

Of course, because you know you're lying, and just need to maintain your delusion, you won't bet me anything.

What would you like me to admit, that Obama is not a fraud? Gladly; soon as Obama produces birth certificate that does not appear to be made by 15 years old amateur

LOL... Aren't those goalposts getting heavy from moving them so much? After all, 3 months ago you were just asking for a birth certificate. You said all he needed to do was show his birth certificate, and he did.

He presented one, and the State of Hawaii verified its authenticity... And now you're trading in lies and nonsense, passed along by no one who has actually examined the document. You'll never be satisfied, because you just need to maintain your delusion that he's illegitimate.

You birthers are pathetic. Absolutely pathetic.

    LOL

Orly can kiss any motion to compel goodbye.

The Judge just called her stupid.

While I'm sure it must have happened before, this is the first time I have ever personally seen a Judge call a lawyer stupid. This is from Orly Taitz's FOIA action in the DC Federal Court. He calls her stupid... and hints to the defendants that if they want to ask for sanctions, he's really very cool with the idea.

Unreal... that Taitz would make such a mistake, and equally unreal the court would produce the document, using language it did... hope she learns from her mistakes, or someone else picks up the banner.

She's the best and the brightest as far as birthers are concerned. She pretty much typifies the top end of their intelligence.

How else to explain a small group of people who do not understand a basic fact of life: As you ascend to higher and more scrutinized positions in life, it becomes harder to get away with secret cover-ups, not easier.

Was she the best and the brightest, she'd no mistake like that, don't kid yourself. I'll give her credit for being persistent, though.

As for secret cover-ups, it makes perfect sense why people are covering for Obama - should it be proven that bum, on top of his total incompetence is also ineligible or an outright fraud, would not that spell the end of the party who fronted him?

There is a point, which birthers have crossed long, long ago, where persistence gives way to insane obsession.
    1. Your thought does not address what I said regarding the difficulty of people in high places under intense scrutiny to get away with things.

Wow....I am basically just checking in on these threads occasionally, but always up for a new display of Orly's incompetance.

She was redacting the wrong SS# information- even though she correctly corrected her original incorrect filing.

Like the judge said- she is either purposely wasting the courts time or showing her own stupidity.

Oh and also the judges note about her 'somewhat hysterical claim' that someone in the court is sabotaging her? How many times have we heard this from Orly? She is lucky the judge probably doesn't read her blog or follow her antics, otherwise the judge would have been aware that this is regular Orly behaviour- blame her own failures on the court clerks.

She is the poster child for Birthers. If Birtherism ever becomes an issue in the election(it won't- its the economy stupid), I can only hope that Orly ends up chasing the Republican candidates around the country yelling "pay attention to me!", and that any Republican candidate is tainted by her idiocy.

Obama is very special in this regard, what's with being the first affirmative action black president... we've all seen over and over again as anyone questioning everything and anything about him immediately called racists... so yes, he can get away with murder where anyone else would have be long exposed...

LOL... and yet somehow you think saying he can get away with more because he's black isn't racist? OK.

It would be refreshing if just one birther could admit what this is really all about.

Fact of life. If you did not know that, look up the definition of an affirmative action.
