Biden passed a lot of meaningful bills - Chips and Science Act, IRA, etc. At his age people are more concerned about the next 4 years, not the last 4. The discussion is not what you can or cannot do in your own bedroom, the subject is whether or not we should be using taxpayer money to fund gender change surgery for prisoners. What statistics? Fortunately, school shootings are still so very rare that the overwhelming majority of kids will never even know anyone effected, much less BE effected, and their rarity means we don't have enough examples to do any kind of accurate statistical analytics. What we should do, but sadly for many students who have buttheaded administrators, in many places won't, is to allow all interested staff members, with proper training, to be armed while at school. I don't envision using them as a first, or even second line of defense, but... if/when those lines fail, or perhaps before they even know there's a problem, as a LAST line of defense, I for one would much rather my kids teacher have something a bit more lethal than an eraser if they are the only thing standing between a killer and my kids.

But, no, y'all don't want solutions, you want to disarm the American public. That'll never happen.

If this is true, then sounds like your beef is with the dr who recommended it. I don't know about you, but a procedure that would help one "live life to the fullest" doesn't exactly pass muster for medically necessary.
