George Zimmerman Arrested For Aggravated Assault With Weapon

Doesn't matter one iota, and even if it did, I'm unaware of any convictions of Z of being a "beater with mental and anger issues," a thoroughly dishonest, unwarranted estimation of Z's prior criminal history. Why not simply state what he was convicted of or pled to as opposed to making things up? It's all through this thread. This is why in court, as a general rule, past crimes are inadmissible as evidence of guilt of the charged crime. The general rule is there to combat the kind of prejudice on display in this thread.

Moreover, as previously posted, it's a near certainty that he was overcharged in this instance due to his identity and glory-seeking by cops and DAs, that's unjust, regardless of the legal outcome. I've never heard of someone being charged with aggravated assault with a weapon over allegedly throwing a bottle that didn't hit or do damage... several days ago, and being held on $5000 bond. Without more context that we would have been told by now, that's absurd, and I hope none of your family or friends ever have to deal with that kind of legal absurdity because they POd a cop or got on the wrong side of public opinion.

Without more factual context, this charge should instantly be pled down to disorderly conduct if he actually threw a bottle, provided Z doesn't fight it. It's possible he could be seeking the spotlight himself, but far more likely attention whoring DAs and cops, maybe the GF too, are why this is going down the way it is.

 

It's funny that you think that's what happened considering it was the left who edited 911 tapes, convinced 150 million people that a Hispanic man was actually White, covered up Trayvon's history of drugs burglary and violence at school, and used mob ignorance to crusade to change a law that protects millions of people from violent feral thugs.
