George Zimmerman attorneys back in court TODAY- 2/14

"Repeatedly" and "Repeated" are two different words, so you can take up your semantics with Mirriam Webster.

The point I believe Margot was making, and myself, is how Zimmy followed Martin from his truck, then ceased that act of following to find an address...and then followed Martin again to ask him what he was doing...that constitutes his following being "said and done", then repeating the following. When Zimmy stopped looking for an address and asked Martin what he was doing...it became "stalking"

Furthermore...his shooting of Martin was clearly harassment.

I didn't think anybody disputed the fact that Zimmy first noticed Martin while he was driving his truck.

If Zimmy never followed Martin, he couldn't have come into contact with him, and this whole thing wouldn't have happened

 

But you claimed "Zimmy" followed him in a truck right? You must be careful not to put up your 'assumptions' then calling them 'facts'. Some here have done that so often they are now laughing stalks all over the internet. You don't want to be lumped in with those loonies do you?

Stalking is not a singular occurrance, it is repeatedly following and or harassing someone with malicious intent. And there is no evicence that Zimmerman had exhibited a PATTERN of following one Trayvon Martin around wherever he went over a long period of time. In fact the first and last time Zimmerman ever saw or had contact with him occurred over a matter of about 15 minutes. NOT a stalking.

This case has NONE of the qualifications for a stalking charge and none was brought.

It does nothing of the sort regardless of the semantical stretch and and disregard for the law itself.

Nope, noting malicious about it even if it had occurred repeatedly, over and over, again and again.

Prove it was not self defense.

Which is not following them nor is it stalking someone under the law. You would have a better case under your flawed legal logic to say Martin stalked Zimmerman.

 

Nope. They could try to sue the SP but good luck with that. The defense didn't illegally remove critical evidence and send it all over the country hoping it would get lost.

But you are pre-judging. A person is innocent until proven guilty in a court of law. Besides that the case is actually a case of self defense, not murder.

So what if it was self defense? A kid is dead because idiot boy didn't stay in his truck and wait for police. It is up to that fat little piggy to prove that he had a good reason to kill him, and I can't see it. We know he killed somebody, and he needs to prove that he had a good reason. Zimmerman is not guilty of a crime.

Factually wrong, the burden of proof is on the prosecution to prove it was not self-defense and I can't see it.
