George Zimmerman prosecutors file list of witnesses, evidence in Trayvon Martin shoot

Zimmerman profiled Trayvon, followed him in his car and on foot. GZ knew the police were on the way and GZ was armed.

GZ had all the information. Trayvon had NONE.. except a stranger was following him in a high crime area.

Read the charges and read the law.

BTW.. Zimmerman didn't know where Trayvon's "home" was that night at the police station because Trayvon wasn't identified until Monday.

 

You can't keep your story straight.

One minute you're explaining why Trayvon threw the first punch and then you say it was Zimmerman.

 

Or maybe you are reading impaired.

It doesn't matter if Trayvon threw the first punch.. He had reasonable cause to fear GZ... and GZ created that circumstance.

 

It does matter who threw the first punch.

If Trayvon attacked Zimmerman then he caused his own death.

 

That's what Zimmerman says ... therefore it's true ?

Why do you think GZ is asserting self defense?

 

That is BS Margot and you know it. The law does not say someone cannot follow, harass or confront someone unless there is a court order saying such.

It doesn't matter how threatened you feel, you are not allowed to lash out and assault your provoker.

If your rules were true, then every woman who crosses the picket line at an abortion clinic has the legal right to assault a protestor who gets in her face screaming murder.

 

Are you claiming that GZ knew Trayvon and had seen his facebook page?

 

Zimmerman seems to be a bully that hated blacks. And if Z-man had NOT:

f the other person is NOT doing anything unlawful and you put them in fear for their safety they have the right to defend themselves.

Martin wouldn't be dead. Z-Man had no right to chase Martin down & intimidate him & make him fear for his life & try to defend himself against an obvilous loony who was armed with a hand gun.

If Z-man gets away with it, I say it's time for open season in Fla, just make sure there are no witness's & you can shoot who ever you want. Con, Lib, Gay,,, doesn't matter jsut shoot & claim self defense. Which is waht Warnos claimed.

Gee, it sounds like wee little Travon the angle had an Incredible Hulk moment where instead of turning green he became NO_LIMIT_N***A and tried to pound the annoying man in spite of the gun.

The new evidence reportedly includes footage never before seen by the public -- or the defense -- from a security camera at the clubhouse near where George Zimmerman shot Trayvon Martin.

Add to that witness accounts, and prosecutors said that was enough to charge Zimmerman with murder, despite his claims that he shot the teen in self-defense. Zimmerman has pleaded not guilty to second-degree murder.

 

Sounds more like Z-man murdered a black kid to me. Oh wait, thats exactly what happened..... Oh well time for the law to put him in jail for a looooonng time. Guees that what ya get when ya try going on a killing spree & get caught on the first murder.

Question is whether any of the evidence is relevant. For instance, video of Trayvon at the convenience store. Nobody disputes he went to convenience store to buy skittles.

That and the fact that there isnt any evidence presented that contradicts what he said and much to confirm it.

Rosepops speculation wont be admissable in court. No one has accused him of loitering at the store. Not to mention that it would be irrelevant to the question of Zimmermans guilt.

 

How and why Zimmerman exited his vehicle, chased Martin down, ended-up in a fight then shot Martin to death ... all as self-defense.
