I get it. You need to give Trump credit for things he had zero to do with to distract from his abysmal record on most everything else.

If you are going to claim that Trump had zero to do with getting this hostage released, then you are capable of claiming anything.

Meanwhile if you’re going to claim things about “the Biden Crime Family” or that Obama is a secret Muslim or that the 2020 election was stolen then you can claim anything

The Biden Family is a Crime Family. Are foreign Oligarchs giving your children and grandchildren $24M routed through a few dozen shell companies? Why hell no, because you don't have a federal office to sell them.
The 51 liars, lied about Hunter's laptop to swing the election for Bribed Joe and Kackles. You can't win by cheating and then not be called on it.

Are you seriously, with a straight face, going to try to claim that Trump had zero to do with this last living American hostage being released by Hamas?

And Trump is in the Middle East to accept his bribe of a 400 million dollar airplane.

    Hey, I get it.

You hate Trump far more than you desired the release of the last living American hostage.

    Hey I get it.
You love Trump so much you’re willing overlook brazen corruption so you don’t have to say a bad word about him.
    I get it.

    Fake News.

I didn't vote for Trump, but I can certainly appreciate it when he does something worthwhile. Like Bill Maher said, some just get furious if one's hatred of Trump isn't pure enough.

That kind of moralistic black and white thinking simply isn't a good fit for me but I understand that its where others find themselves at this point in their journey.

There is no "moral ambiguity" when it comes to Trump.

He is the most corrupt person to hold the office of President in my lifetime, and that includes Nixon,

To think we should praise Trump when he does something right is akin to saying "Well Jeffery Dahmer was nice to his dog"

Trump was caught and fined for stealing from Veteran's charity.

    He is owed nothing.

    He's brought on this himself

    Fake News.

Bribed Joe was the most corrupt president in US history, exceeding even LBJ.

But I understand how Trump hatred can leave one unable to even recognise his good work of freeing this American hostage.

What did Nixon do that Obama didn't?

The left has investigated everything there is about Trump. In 2016 the NY Times sent reporters over seas to find dirt on him, DAs campaigned on nailing him, Comey sneaked people into the WH looking for crimes, and what did the left come up with? 4 more years of Trump.

    Baseless accusation?
Neither Trump nor his children are allowed to sit on the board of any charity in the state of NY because of his malfeasance with the Trump Charitable Foundation.

    He's brought on this himself

Donald J. Trump was forced to pay more than $2 million in court-ordered damages to eight different charities for illegally misusing charitable funds at the Trump Foundation for political purposes:

“Not only has the Trump Foundation shut down for its misconduct, but the president has been forced to pay $2 million for misusing charitable funds for his own political gain. Charities are not a means to an end, which is why these damages speak to the president’s abuse of power and represent a victory for not-for-profits that follow the law. Funds have finally gone where they deserve — to eight credible charities. My office will continue to fight for accountability because no one is above the law — not a businessman, not a candidate for office, and not even the president of the United States.”

What "they came up with" is 32 felony convictions. Trump found liable for fraud, defamation and sexual assault. Indictments for election interference and the willful retention of national security documents and two impeachments.

So fanciful Trumped up accusations that never should have made it to the legal system in the first place. The Democrats abuse of power was unprecedented in our country and turned off a bunch of reasonable people permanently from considering ever voting Democrat.

Disagreement on policy positions isn't the same as being nefarious. Yes, he has interest in family brand building as an enterprise in part for his ego. Wanting to be rich and famous isn't in and of itself nefarious, even if unhelpful motives on their own. Most politicians actually have large egos. What is amazing is just how moderate Trump is for the level of hate he receives. The only thing that stands out is how much he gets attacked by the legacy media, which seems to be what causes the media consumer to agree to hate Trump.

What Trump has done that is good is particularly good, is that he has focused on reduced warfare. I'm not sure if Trump started the war in Yemen or just the conflict in Yemen, but to his credit it lasted only two months before negotiating with the Houthis, as was appropriate. We do need USA leaders to acknowledge excessive military involvement overseas, and Trump does that, which is extremely important.

I don't know if this is unique to the left or not, but focusing on people rather than policies is a major distraction to important policies and political philosophies. And, it has definitely done damages to the left wing as a few people are bothered by that, though not as many as I'd hope. It is very distracting in general too, to focus on people's motives rather than their behaviors. While motives are important, they are secondary to behaviors.

Funny how all the judges, all the lawyers, all the appelate judges.....all people with degrees in the law, all having passed bar exams, all having spent YEARS in the legal profession didn't call these out as "trumped up accusations"

But YOU, an anonymous internet forum poster, YOU know more than all of them.

Listen to a real judge explain it to you..

And what makes Wilson a “real” judge vs all the other judges hearing Trump cases?
