GOP must win the House to ensure Dems don't block the Election Results if Trump Wins Election

And hopefully the Senate too, to make sure they also get to make sure Dems don't block the election results for the Vice President if the GOP ticket wins.

Here is the scenario that could have Dems trying to seat Bribed Joe even if Trump wins the election:

Crazy Eyes Chutkan is the corrupt bitterly biased judge handling Lying Jack's documents case in the anti-Trump Jury Pool of DC.



Lying Jack will likely lose his case before the Supreme Court that makes the absurd claim that Trump has no official immunity, at all, even though every other office holder, prosecutor, judge, police officer, and even Lying Jack hold at least some level of official immunity.

He may also lose his ability to twist statutes like toffee in order to charge Trump and other J6 protestors.

But for Lying Jack, Crooked Judge Crazy Eyes Chutkan, all they want is a felony conviction for anything related to J6 so that that they can claim Trump is a "convicted insurrectionist" even though he was never charged in with insurrection.

As we saw with Fat Sweaty Corrupt Bragg and Crooked Judge Kangaroo Juan, they may not even tell him what the crime is he's being tried for, and may claim that a non unanimous verdict, rather than being a hung jury, is a "conviction".

If they can find anyway to lie and claim Trump is an insurrectionist, then Dems in Congress, and Congress holds the power to enforce 14A/3 can claim that Trump is barred from the presidency.

That will come down to a vote of Congress, which could take place at anytime.

Right now Dems have the numbers in the Senate, and the GOP has a 6 seat margin which, if that holds, should prevent such action prior to the new Congress being seated on Jan 6, 2025. If the the GOP does well in the election and is the majority in at least one House, they should be able to prevent legislation barring Trump from the presidency, from passing.

Back to Lying Jack and Crooked Judge Crazy Eyes Chutkan:

Assuming Lying Jack loses the SCOTUS hearing and that each claim of immunity has to be separately heard, and that process is lengthy enough, that it would prevent the case being tried before the election.

And Lying Jack and the corrupt DOJ have already determined that they will violate the long stand 60 day rule of no DOJ action that may affect the election, for any matters concerning Trump, as the entire point of this exercise is to rig the election.

So, Lying Jack could, with Crooked Judge Crazy Eyes Chutkan's agreement, drop all the charges that could be covered by official immunity, and drop all the charges related to Lying Jack's statute twisting, because remember, all they need is a conviction of anything related to J6, and in a rigged Court with a crooked Judge, and the deeply biased Jury Pool of DC, they can probably get a conviction on whatever charge they bring.

So Lying Jack can just bring the charge that 'Trump made a false statement under oath in the litigation over his campaign’s allegations of voter fraud in Georgia. I’m guessing the Supreme Court’s opinion may reject immunity for other conduct as well — such that Chutkan would not have to conduct hearings about those allegations.'

'By narrowing the case to just what is clearly not immunized, he could obviate the need for further appeals. If Chutkan, who is quite hostile to Trump, were willing to indulge Smith and push hard to get the pretrial work done, it would still be possible to have a trial prior to Election Day.'

2. The VP heads up the joint session of congress where each state casts their electorial votes. Any objections will be promptly denied just like it happened in 2017 and in 2021 by VP Biden and VP Pence.
3. If Trump wins, there might be a few people objecting to the official results by the states, but there won't be another January 6th incident, that's for damn sure.
4. If Trump loses the general election, again, any objections by those members will also be shot down by the VP.
5. It really does not matter who controls the House or the Senate when the votes are officially tabulated.

They could do that now, except for a narrow GOP margin in the House. Were they to lose that margin and GOP House and Senate could pass legislation barring Trump from the presidency, Kackles Harris wouldn't hesitate to cast a tie breaking vote, were it needed, and Bribed Joe would not hesitate to sign it.

If Dems were to win Congress, they are sworn in on Jan 3, prior to the joint session on Jan 6 to count the ECV. If Dems have majorities in both Houses, or even a tie in the Senate, Kackles Harris will have the tiebreaker until noon on Jan 20, so again, they could pass legislation invoking 14A/3 that would bar Trump from the presidency, even if Bribed Joe lost the election, prior to the joint session on Jan 6

That would be mean that Bribed Joe had less than 270 votes, which would mean that the House would select the President from the 3 eligible candidates with the highest numbers of ECVs. Unless RFK manages to win a state or one of the districts in ME or NE, Bribed Joe would be the only eligible candidate to choose from, for president, but if Trump's VP would be the VP.
