The article posts the same chart but then doesn't give any examples...it mostly warns of concealed carry on college campuses and how young men tend to drink, and the ease of suicide if guns were available. As I did with Bowerbird article, it fails to give examples, two out of three were bogus, and while Oregon doesn't restrict lawful concealed carry on college campuses, it is one of only 8 states that does. Most people would say that a college campus is a gun free zone.
The study draws from research conducted by one of its authors, Louis Klarevas, who in his book, Rampage Nation: Securing America from Mass Shootings, examined 111 shootings between 1966 to 2015 that left six or more people dead. Of these gun massacres, 93 occurred in gun-allowing zones, or places where there is no evidence that civilian guns are banned.
In fact, the vast majority of mass shootings take place in private homes and are often tied to domestic violence.” The organization’s data found that incidents that took place in private homes accounted for 63 percent of the total number of mass shootings they examined between 2009 and 2016. https://www.washingtonpost.com/news...pen-in-gun-free-zones/?utm_term=.c029ca426414
Mass murder as defined by the FBI, 4 or more deaths/ not to include perpetrator/ suspect/ one location. Source: gunviolencearchive.org I went through the first four pages, out of 100 incidents only 6 qualified as mass murder, 5 were in gun free zones. The media and anti-gun lobbyists have come up with their own definition of ' mass shootings' in which only 4 or more have to be wounded. This is not the FBIs definition, so therefore is just propaganda used to scare people.

You don't eveven bother looking at the gun violence archive did you. The very first instance reported was 0 dead, five injured, Miami FL. Does not fit the FBIs definition of mass murder...there are only two on the first page of 25 instances that fit the FBIs definition. But you won't bother too look because it goes against your belief.
Look at this list https://everytownresearch.org/documents/2017/03/appendix-mass-shootings-united-states-2009-2016.pdf
Take a look at the definition by the FBI again, 4 or more dead, not too include perpetrator, suspect, one location. The mall incident is a gun free zone, the birthday was an underground restaurant and therefore is also gun free. The guy who shot his wife in front of a Walgreens and then went home and killed the kids and himself was more than one location. Keep trying though. You see the difference between a mass murder and a mass shooting is the second as the difference between an auto fatality and an auto accident. The same way the media tries to demonize AR15 as assault rifles when no AR has ever been used in the military. Just because something looks alike does not make it the same. Hell a I'm a talented painter and can paint a fairly realistic ''Mona Lisa", it's still not the "Mona Lisa". But you keep trying and go by the definition handed down by the media and your academics, I'll stick to the FBIs definition as they are law enforcement.
It lists exactly which are gun free zones and which aren't. The majority are not gun free zones. Those are the facts
Again, does not fit the FBIs definition of a mass murder or the location. I love how you and Bowerbird dismiss John Lott as biased source but expect us to accept 'everytown' as a non-biased source.
Everytown is nothing but anti-gun leftist propaganda, unwilling (because it is unable) to carry on an actual discussion about firearms. Disagree with them publicly, like on FB or Twitter, and they block you.
Four deaths, not too include the perpetrator, one location. Are you that dense that you cannot read a or just don't comprehend when I spelled it out for you earlier. That is why I posted the gun violence archive because it shows the research behind to your hero's conclusions and how wrong they are, because according to you and them, everyone of those is a mass murder, excuse me mass shooting, because they changed the definition. I will still take the FBIs term over theirs and you will notice that many of them have both definitions in the summaries...but you still haven't looked at it because like a fanaric, you believe you are correct.
They are using the FBI terms. Look at the full list. You will see you are wrong. Where does FBI say one location?
Why not, it's fun to watch vegasgianys and Bowerbird squirm and twist at the end of the line when facts are presented but are ignored. And liberals are supposed to be open minded, LOL.
And I gave you a source that lists over 3000 'mass shootings' in 2018 yet less than 100 we're "mass murders" but you won't bother looking at it because of your indoctrination.
