Right wing populism doesn't guarantee hawkish foreign policy. Thankfully. Indeed, foreign policy is often simply sidelined. Trump's reaction to climate change, plus his ridiculous anti-economic views overs trade, will ensure an overall record scrambling between irrelevance and cretinous.

I fear Biden will want more than irrelevance, mind you. Something else to add to the worry list...
