House oversight chair Comer says ‘6 or 7 Biden family members’ potentially involved in business sche

The GOP's obsession with Hunter Biden continues.

Delving into the realm of Trumpian levels of delusion, The Grand Inquisitor of the GOP claims 6 or 7 Biden family members are involved in business schemes!

Apparently he can't count so hence the confusion on 6 or 7.

Of course, this was stated on a FOX talk show, not really on record, and without a shred of support material, and by a man obsessed, so take it with a very, very large grain of salt.

House Oversight Committee Chairman Rep. James Comer is releasing information that he says reveals a Biden family associate used his business to transfer money from foreign businesses to various members of President Biden's family.

Comer, who represents Kentucky's 1st Congressional District, told Fox News host Laura Ingraham on Wednesday that he believes at least half a dozen members of Biden's family have profited off their family name through business dealings around the world.

"At the end of this, I think we're gonna see there are probably six or seven Biden family members that were involved in various business schemes around the world."


While Comer did not drop any names during his appearance on the program, the Republican leading the probe into Hunter Biden and the Biden family’s foreign business deals said certain transactions, including the $3 million wire to John "Rob" Walker, are raising red flags.

 

"At the end of this, I think we're gonna see there are probably six or seven Biden family members that were involved in various business schemes around the world."

OMG.... is that as bad as it sounds??

Uh.... No.... Sounds like a good way to bring money to the USA.....



These guys are just too funny....

 

What's the big deal? Trump got money from foreign business too.

 

Until Rep Comer provides proof of that accusation, it is not going to change the fact Biden or any other member is involved with whatever "scheme" he is referring to. As one commentator said, five years and you still have got nothing to show for it.

 

Because it is okay if Trump did that, but god forbid if anyone else does

What was the business for which the Chinese were paying the Biden influence peddling syndicate?

An energy company. I'm not sure if it was a "clean energy" company -- I doubt it. If it wasn't then the Bidens were profiting off a industry that is polluting our air.

You do realize that trump received hundreds of thousands of dollars, if not millions, directly from foreign governments while he was president. You know that, right?

 

The Chinese energy company is in the business of energy. What was the business that all the Biden family members were paid for?

 

You do realize nothing to do with Trump International has anything to do with this nor would it mitigate anything to do with this. Is that really the best deflection you have?

I imagine the claim will be made that they were paid for consulting work. Perhaps consulting them on how to be dominant over the energy industry of America businesses. Biden sure seems eager to outsource our energy needs to China.

 

Who knows. But this is just mudslinging at this stage. Nothing paid to Joe Biden, and no way this could be influence peddling. This happened in 2017 when Joe was a private citizen.

This is laughable as an attempt to smear Joe.

 

But if you are outraged over this, you should be even more outraged over trump. Are you?

Don't know, don't really care. If you get some evidence that there was something illegal about this then we can discuss it. But as of right now all you are doing is taking out of context information and attempting to build some kind of nefarious scheme out of it.

And what energy expertise do all these Biden family members possess? What did China get in return for their money to the Biden family?

 

The expertise of being well connected.

 

You don't care that the country that presents the greatest threat to us and the world was funneling millions to the family of our current President? You claims that something has been presented out of context notwithstanding but do put it in context so you can explain your defense of this.

Nothing you can post about Trump will mitigate or defend this.

 

It is pointing to the documented facts and you don't seem to care that China, our greatest enemy and this stage was paying off the family of the President. It's not an attempted smear it IS a smear on the whole Biden influence peddling syndicate.
