Sandy Hook is the same story. ****er shot out the glass, walked into the 'airlock', shot more glass, walked into the school proper and started shooting up the place. While the admins WATCHED him do it.
If they'd had a gun, he'd be crispy critters before he harmed anyone but his mother.

I keep forgetting that they moved Brazil to Central America!

Mark "Geography" as yet another area in which Republicans are lousy at.
So, is your excuse that the font is too small?

It does not make a bit a difference whether they are made in Brazil or Central America. The point is that Brazil and other countries do manufacture a major part of the guns for the US and other countries including those in Central America. Even the US gun manufacturers get many of their parts from other countries. That is why Henry Rifle advertises that they make all their own parts themselves or they do not make the gun at all.

Your personal attack doesn't answer the question.

Font to small? WTF are you talking about?

Do they build firearms in Central America or not?

It's hard to ask these questions to some of your "more educated" leftists.

Brazil is South America, so he's nitpicking your choice of words.

Oh Dear God! You really DO believe that Brazil is in Central America. God help us if DeSantis becomes President and manages to implement his Republican brand of education in the whole country.

@Patricio Da Silva might find your question amusing. But, as far as it relates to this discussion, geography is not the topic of this thread. Please read my sig and if you have an argument to make, you do your own research.

Right now arms makers south of the border that are not made on the down-low are mainly Brazil Columbia and Argentina. High quality stuff.

I own an Imbel FN-FAL-high quality

Springfield Armory was the first company to really compete against Colt in the 1911 market-especially when IPSC/USPSA created a demand for high quality 1911 Handguns. Until about 2010, SA 1911's were made using Brazilian forged frames and slides.

That the best you can do? Many countries make and export arms.

My Para USA 1911 was assembled in North Carolina, but I suspect that most of the parts were manufactured elsewhere.

I owned one of the original manuals on the Colt 1911 which I donated to a museum. The manual took three pages to describe what happened after you pulled the trigger. I still have a copy on my computer.

there is no relevance to that question. You know that and I know that. BTW my son has won dozens of pistol matches using MEXICAN made Aguila Ammunition. Their 22, 9mm and shot shells are very high quality

I used a Fred Craig custom Para to shoot USPSA limited for several years. The original Paras were made in Canada. The factory moved to North Carolina IIRC. it was the original double stack45. The first one was almost all Para with a KART match barrel. My second one was a Para Frame with mostly Caspian parts but another KART barrel.

What did you get bumped in the head?

I didn't ask you about geography. I specifically asked you about guns from Central America, and as an anecdote pointed out that the USA imports firearms from Brazil.

Like I was saying, it's hard to get honest answers to legitimate questions when asking some of the more educated control freaks.

I see. And you believe MEXICO is in Central America!

Anybody else? Keep going.... I am starting to understand the level of education right-winger's received by realizing how much they don't know about geography.

Anybody on the right believes that Canada is in Central America?

But you DID challenge my statement. A basic general education is necessary to have a significant dialogue.

This is what I mean. What difference would it make to you if guns are manufactured in Central America or not if you don't even know what Central America IS? So, clearly, your question is just an attempt to waste our time....

    Thanks for trying anyway...

Wasting time? You are the one that spent three posts bitching about geography, none of which answered my question. So don't you tell me about me wasting time.

I can't seem to find much information on that, Central American nationals owning genuine Made In the USA firearms. Can you cite your source on that?

    Thanks.

I was 99% sure when I wrote what you. But now I'm 100% sure seeing all the right-wingers in this forum have spent the whole afternoon researching to try to bail you out. And all they could come up is with was Brazil, Colombia, Mexico.... which some lousy geography teacher they had in Junior High didn't teach them are NOT in Central America.

Your attempt at a "gotcha" sure did backfire, didn't it! My sig explains WHY. Be sure to read it.

You claimed that Central Americans get there guns made in the USA, which seems dubious seeing as how brazillian knockoffs of many Anerican designed firearms are available from Brazil, to Central Americans, at a fraction of the cost.

Which Central Americans you talking about? Nicaraguans?

Mexicans don't count as Central Americans, though they did get armed by the Obama Administration through Operation Fast and Furious, which, though off topic, is kind of ironic seeing as how the democrats want to take our citizens arms away.

I believe your underlying argument is bogus so you are trying to pretend that playing gotcha on someone else's comments about central vs South America to hide the paucity of logic in your main point. I never said Central America-I said south of the border. Your argument has no merit
