    Lying on a 4473 is a federal felony.
    Where's the FBI on this? The BATFE? Where's the investigation?

    Who among you Democrats / liberals / leftists believe that Biden should be prosecuted for perjury?
    Why aren't those of your who talk about we need more gun control laws up in arms about the apparent failure to prosecute this felony?

    i have no brief for hunter biden. IF he lied on the form (and how do you know?) there should be consequences. important to remember that biden is not a government employee or any kind of "czar" or "senior advisor" appointed by the president.

    didn't the trump children fill out SF86? how about kushner, whose clearance was revoked for lies about foreign entanglements?

    Evidently Hunter Biden was never arrested for drugs or they did a lousy background check on him when he bought the gun???

    good luck trying to run with that, lol, anyone that drank alcohol would not be able to buy a gun

    the reality is, even if he was addicted, it would be hard to prove

    how many times did the Trump children lie on official documents? much more serious documents....

    If he committed a crime, he should face the consequences, but I don't really concern myself with what is happening with a private citizen who has legal issues and is not involved in politics.

    No one cares about Hunter besides the people that cheered when their master hired his own unqualified nepotistic brats.

    If he lied lock him up, maybe Republicans can investigate this after blocking an actual insurrection attempt against our government. Priorities, right?

    Because charging someone for lying on a background is extremely rare on a federal level.

    I believe there were only a dozen cases out if 112,000 that were prosecuted. It seems like it has to be egregious as resources are limited.
