    Was he using when he filled out the background check? Was it during his time of addiction? I am asking as I really do not know the details of his drug problems.

    Also, is there any record of anyone ever actually being charged and prosecuted for this? The background check to join the military says the same thing and those that get caught lying are never punished other than not being allowed to join.

    If we're going to have a law that allowed the FBI to raid Manafort and basically end his career and send him to prison, it should be enforced evenly, right?

    Why would I care if he is?

    Go for it. If a law is broken, charge him.

    Hunter being charged for any crime doesn't affect me in the least. Not sure why you are so worried about it though.
