Support your contention that the text in H.R. 478 published in January of 2019 included text related to coronavirus. No, the clear-cut FRAUD in the pseudo "Middle Class Health Benefits Tax Repeal Act of 2019" title that Rep Joe Courtney introduced to simply amend the already existing Internal Revenue Code of 1986 and repeal the excise tax on high cost employer-sponsored health coverage is performed by striking out that portion of the code is pure child's play that doesn't take brand new legislation.
