Both perspectives are presented in this vid. A chick with a dick is a non-starter for me. Period. Regardless of any surgical alterations. If that makes me transphobic, I'm happy to wear it like a badge.

Perhaps the best of them will be able to "pass." After they have had "the operation" maybe it's impossible to tell. I don't want to find out.

I once went to a Halloween costume party where there were a lot of drag queens. Some of those guys were really good with the make-up, wigs and dresses. The only thing that gave them away was their size.

one of my best HS Friends was hardly someone you would predict would become a trans. He was a really good long distance runner, a stoner and a hard core Dead Head. His favorite things in life was running, backpacking mountain climbing, smoke herb and going to Dead Concerts. He married and had two daughters but about 15 -20 years ago, he decided to get the surgery-but (s)he statyed with His/her wife. I have not seen this person for years but "her" pictures suggest (s)he's rather pretty for a 63 year old

In case my nic hasn't clued you in, I'm an unrepentant jazz geek & the upright jazz bass is one of my favorite instruments. Jennifer Leitham is one of its better players. I first became aware him when he was John Leitham & playing in Doc Severinson's Tonight Show band. This isn't necessarily the best example of her work; there's not a lot of her stuff available online.

If you're trans then that's fine, good on you. I'm in no way obligated to date you though, any more than I'm obligated to date someone else who's non-trans.

I like this approach if you're not gay that means you're transphobic. There's no such thing as a "chick with a dick" that's a man.

I wouldn't get with a dude with a vagina because that's not a thing dudes don't have vaginas.

What it boils down to is not that you are transphobic but reality is.

And does this moniker mean anything well no it doesn't.

I don't think so, and I'm all for trans rights (except in sports). We're allowed to have preferences, aren't we? There's lots of types of women I don't date or prefer not to date when single, doesn't mean I'm prejudiced against them or think less of them they're just not my type.

Disagreeing with the concept of transgender is not transphobic. That's something the trans community needs to understand.

Someone who disagrees with the colour I painted my garage door, does not mean they're colourphobic.

Is it male phobic to be a trans woman?

What I think is funny is they want us to accept them for who they are......when they couldn't do that.

"Trans" people are putting themselves in a bad dating position.

No straight person is going to be attracted to a trans person.

No gay person is going to be attracted to a trans person.

Their only dating option is other trans people.

There are people that have a fetish I think they'll do a right dating. I think the problem they have is that the partner is not going to think of them as a woman or a man they're going to think of them as their birth sex and that's what they are.

To get mad about that and I can't figure out why.

Some of them think so yes.

Have you ever heard of fat acceptance? That isn't accepting people for being fat only get anybody has a problem with that it's about thinking fat people are less attractive than people and it's particularly women there's no fat acceptance for men.

Have you ever heard of no slut shaming. This is the idea that you shouldn't have a preference not to be with a woman that has been with a thousand men.

Yeah they're creating a phobia for everything. If you're in your forties and you prefer women in their 20s they call you a pedophile. If you want a woman to shave her legs and armpits some people will say that makes you a pedophile.

The death of gender is always right it's a cinch that trans people get in on this

I love seeing the "Passport Bro" stuff. I'm an OG Passport Bro.

There are still some good women that were born here, but the vast majority of them can enjoy their 45th birthday cake with their cat and box of wine.

Quite false. There are plenty of cis gender people who date or have married transgender people, or even remained married in some cases. Whether you want to consider it straight, gay or bi, I could care less. I've dated a trans woman. I've been repelled by trans men. Both pre op in both situations. But my attraction to trans women does not make me trans myself.

    LoL sure.

I mean the first thing on the wish list for a straight male is someone with a penis.

If you're a man and there's a penis coming at you, you're not straight.

That's the very definition of homosexuality.

I really feel the most for women here. Men don't have that hypergamous dating strategy they can find somebody that's broke and be perfectly happy with her.

Women all seem to share the same guys and that really paints their view on men just because of the men they choose and the people It hurts the most of themselves.

I'm not sure about all this because I don't date women but I don't think this is incredibly common maybe I'm wrong.

if you're a guy and you marry a trans woman you're gay. If a man puts on a dress and calls himself Elizabeth that doesn't change his sex you cannot change your sex.

Straight men do not want to date trans women because they're not gay.
It's not about what anybody considers. If you have two males engaging in sexual behavior together regardless of whether one feels like a woman whatever that means or dresses like a woman it's still homosexual. That's a fact.

Rather strawman of you. You stated that neither straight nor gay wants a trans person. And now you're giving criteria on whether a person attracted to a trans person is straight or gay. Make up your mind. But as I said, whether you want to call it straight, gay or bi (you seem to be dismissing bisexuality), it's no skin off my nose.

Your initial statement is still wrong. There are plenty of cis people who date and/or marry trans people. So other trans people are not their only dating choice, as you claimed.

    That's right.

Neither straight nor gay wants a trans person.

A straight man has zero interest in a penis. If Bella Hadid had a dick no straight man would be interested.

A gay man, I'm assuming, has zero interest in a vagina.

    My initial statement isn't wrong.

If your sex act involves the same equipment, you are, by the literal definition of the word, engaging in a homosexual act.

If you date a trans woman, you just can't admit you're gay.

Although, I would like to modify my statement somewhat. I didn't consider bi-sexuals. That might be possible. Dunno.

I just saw a study, haven't looked into it yet, but check this out:

It says 63% of young men say they are single while only 33% of young women say they are.

Women are all having sex with the same men lol.
