Those who have looked into the claim know the law which he signed was to provide tampons to those students who menstruate, aka biologicals females. Under that law some schools have placed them in boy's rooms knowing there are one or more trans students in those schools who are allowed to use boy's rooms. People like you think they are meant for biological males, and that's on you.

 

All I've been able to imagine how a man might have a use for a tampon would be if he had a lightly leaking rectum because of some kind of problem with his anal sphincter. In a pinch, he could push the tampon into his rectum and perhaps stop the leakage (?). Outside of that, I'm stumped to think of one other thing that a man (male human) would want one for.
